I wanted to flag a concern regarding my recent order. While handing out some cards at a networking event, I noticed that the protective/filmed layer on two of them had lifted at the corners. This is not something I’ve encountered with previous orders, and I’m wondering if there have been any recent changes in your production process that might explain the difference in quality. I recently received my order of business cards, and while I was really impressed with the overall quality—the printing and materials were beautiful—I was disappointed with how they turned out. Unfortunately, the background color I chose ended up making the text look blurry and hard to read. Because of this, the cards just aren’t usable, and I ended up having to throw them away. I was really looking forward to using them, so this was pretty disappointing. I wanted to reach out to share my experience in case there’s any way to address this or if there are options for reprinting with a clearer design.
These are the nicest business cards I have ever had! They are super high quality, soft as butter to touch and look incredible. Not to mention, they were delivered in really nice packaging and came super quick! Definitely recommend. I got the matte cards with black background and thicker paper, with rounded edges.
