I have been purchasing the same business card from MOO for a few years and have been very happy with then and alway have gotten a great response when I handed out my card. When someone would say great card my response has always been "it's a MOO card" so I always felt that I was being a good advocate for a company hat gave me a great product and great service. Until my last order. I ordered as usual, the cards came promptly, and I almost put them in the cabinet without checking. Well I checked and the color was way way off! I wrote to MOO and included a scan of both the new card and the original. I received a long explanation about how MOO had improved it's quality and upped their game...REALY??? I will say that from the beginning I have been aware that the gang my print order with many others in order to be affordable. I have a longtime friend who is a graphic designer and is very familiar with the printing process. He looked at both my original card and the new one under a loupe. Almost immediately he said of the new card, the black plate is 50% oversaturated as the black dot is twice the size on the new card. The person I spoke with, a lady, said well we'll reprint it but it's going to look the same. Out of frustration and disgust I have not acted on her"OFFER" until now. I would like the cards reprinted correctly and I'm hoping that maybe we can effect this.
I get so many comments on how soft and luxurious these business cards are. I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered these but I am so glad I did and will always reorder with MOO. I haven’t found another product out there. Very happy with the quality and feel of these cards. Definitely stands out from others.

Great product. Excellent weight. The cards feel substantial. I have received many compliments.
Another fantastic job executed by Moo. The only miss was the inconsistent bleed/centering of the card's design. Some cards have a .5-1 point white line along the right edge where the bleed should have continued. Moo's quality, card stock and on-time delivery are best in the biz.
