Product is stellar. Shipping not so much. The package came with crumpled edges and ridges in the deck of cards. I was able to flatten them out before presenting as a gift, but kind of surprising that they would be shipped this way.

Great finish and exactly what I had wanted.
Great product, utterly misleading delivery times to encourage an upsell onto faster delivery. I only order from moo once a year at most so I tend to forget each time that they do this: I find they woefully overestimate both how long it’s going to take to make your item, and how quickly it’ll ship on the various shipping tiers, so that if you’re in a hurry you pay far more than you need to in shipping. Example: I got a bunch of postcards and it told me they wouldn’t be ready to ship for at least 3-4 days. As I needed them in 7 days time I paid quite a lot extra for next day delivery. And OF COURSE they were ready to ship just a few hours later, not 3-4 days later as advised. I’d have stuck with the cheapest shipping and still had them in plenty of time, Other than that, fine.
Love the soft touch, silky-smooth matte finish. Beautiful post cards. Fast turnaround. Very happy.

These are the MOST AMAZING product I have ever purchased. Everyone is Wow'd!
Moo always produces beautiful products and this is one of them.
Wonderful cards with amazing print quality.
The postcards were just perfect.
Good postcards and the soft touch finish is also nice.
First, the quality of Moo's printing, paper stock, and coatings is INCREDIBLE. I've been using them for years and they always deliver. Second, their finishing (cutting, quality control, packaging) really needs some help. It's a shame that such great products end up needing to be reprinted because of finishing. I ordered 500 postcards. They were bound with two strips of paper and shipped in a box with some packing paper on top. No protective inner boxes so the corners got dinged and the top/bottom cards were scratched. (I sell these individually, not use them as actual postcards) The first 250 were aligned perfectly. The remaining 250 had noticeably offset backs. I was forced to use them due to time constraints. This poor finishing quality reflects on me as a seller. Ordering and wondering if I will have time to reprint the order (which happens 8 times out of 10) is getting a little stressful.
