My business cards and postcards from MOO were beautifully made. The paper is thick and high quality, the images are crisp and clear, and the finished products have a polished, luxurious feel. My order also arrived earlier than expected. I am very happy with the quality and would gladly order from MOO again. Although the cost is higher than some other companies, the superior materials and overall presentation made it well worth the price.

This is my second year ordering these postcards. This year the quality was much worse. The paper is bent (last year I ordered the same type of paper and it stayed straight). Another issue was that the photos printed darker than they appeared on screen. I know some difference is normal with printing, but this felt greater than usual.
Product received was just as described. Excellent quality. Great job on upselling envelopes at check out, I would have forgotten. I found the design interface decent, was confusing. Slightly. I got through and these are flying off my shelves. Thank you.

First time printing with Moo and couldn’t be happier. The quality of the paper and the finish is amazing. Have done a lot of photos on canvas and glass most recently and have struggled with color reproduction - but these cards are fantastic. The color quality is what I see on the computer. Really thrilled with the results. Totally recommend.

Love the paper weight and finish. Image reproduction and color are very nice. Upload worked pretty well but could not figure out how to add additional designs, even asking chat bot.

We could not trust Moo with this type of order again. It was printed twice and both times it was cut off center with too much white on top and too little on the bottom. There is something wrong with the trimming process. We appreciate that Moo customer service was responsive in reprinting after the original order was received and cut, but it still doesn't fix the problem of the final product not looking high quality.
