I'd offer more stars if I could!

I was already impressed by the quality of MOO prints, so I went back to them for business cards. They were fantastic - although I'd made an error when using the colour profiles, and that's when customer service leapt into action, helping me to format my images to get the absolutely best results. Thanks to Beatriz, I'm now going to have the smartest cards around. Moo is now my new home for all things image / card related. :)

Above and beyond

My design wasn’t standard: I’m a collage artist and I submitted 5 different collage designs. Moo lets you submit as many designs as you like at no extra cost, which is unique. Plus I could design my cards before having to pay, which is also not standard. The cards arrived today and I’m beyond happy with how they look. Super, super chuffed!

Print any where else

Placed an order two weeks ago for silver foiled cards. (Which is crazy considering canva can get you cards in two days and this is a company that specializes in this.) After the promised date of last Wednesday, I noticed by order was still being “packed”. I called and spoke to a man named Mark who assured me that the cards would be sent out Thursday or Friday and that I would receive a notification for shipping. I explained that Monday ( over two weeks after I ordered) was the event I needed cards for. Thursday and Friday both happened and when I called again to see where my order was, a team member very quickly said “I will message the team on slack and get you a confirmation to your email shortly.” Crickets. Heard nothing and cards are still being packed. I cannot trust this company to print cards out and that’s what they specialize in. Bad experience and has me now spending more money to get cards printed elsewhere for my event on Monday.

I am very sorry for the repeated delays that have left you waiting beyond your event for your order, and for the inconvenience this must have caused you.

Our Silver Foil Business Cards have a longer turnaround than most of our other Business Cards due to the extra steps required for the foiling but it is not usual for multiple delays to push an order back by a whole week like this.

I am so sorry that, in addition to all this, you had to chase us for updates and the agent you spoke to on Friday did not follow up by email as promised.

I see you have been in touch with Mark again and have opted for a partial refund of your order. If there is anything else we can do for you, please don't hesitate to get back in touch.

Cards that people remember

When I started my business I wanted cards that made a statement (as I am in design) and Moo was my first, and now only, printer. I consistently get comments on my cards. Also, when I had an issue on a print they were quick to resolve it. I highly recommend Moo!

We used MOO for Joe On The Go Hauling…

We used MOO for Joe On The Go Hauling Services business cards and the quality is solid, clean print, great feel, and fast turnaround.
My only complaint is I didn’t order more during the intro offer… 😂
We’ll definitely be reordering.

Easy

Easy. I'm new to the firm and was able to call our representative at Moo and ask questions. He was super helpful. Helped me navigate the website, figure out the company templates and I was able to place an order for new business cards without a problem.

Moo is the best

Everything went super smooth, from the moment I had the initial call with Moo, to the moment I received my delivery. Graphic designers did a wonderful job creating bookmarks, stickers, brochures and thank-you cards for my business, and Alex, who set up my business account was so lovely and helpful with explaining how everything works.

Gorgeous business cards!

Gorgeous business cards- the website is very straightforward to use and if something isn't right with the design you are trying to use it is very simple to understand how to put it right. They are not as cheap as basic cards but they spark a lot of conversation with customers as each has a different product photo on it.

Utterly incompetent service

Utterly incompetent service. Massive delivery delays with no respect for their own schedule. They falsely claimed an attempted delivery—we were in the office all day with CCTV running. A staff member named Gaynor made the situation worse instead of fixing it. Without explanation, they pushed delivery back another 20 days by changing the courier company. Zero accountability, useless customer service. Avoid.

Be Warned: Centered is Only a Concept.

"Centered" is apparently only a concept at MOO. I recently received both Square and MOO-size business cards, and both were distractingly off-center.

On the Square cards, the margins were 3 mm on the left and top, but 5mm on the right. This 2 mm variance is incredibly obvious on a small canvas.

Even the full-bleed MOO-size cards looked skewed. It appears that during the cutting process, there is very little regard for centering.

The most frustrating part: This 2 mm variance is in addition to the established "safe and bleed areas" in their templates. When I reached out, I was told designers should plan for an additional 2 mm of movement in any direction. If you have a centered weighted design, the templates are essentially meaningless.

In the printing industry, a 2 mm "drift" is actually quite large, but at MOO it is to be expected.

While the print quality itself was excellent and customer service was helpful, their solutions required hours of redesign that wouldn't have even achieved the look my client requested. If your design relies on symmetry or precise borders, be aware that MOO’s quality control allows for significant, unpredictable shifting.

Addition: Finally heard from MOO Management. They did not address the quality but did provide a refund.

Moo attempting to convince designers that a 2mm variance is "industry standard" is simply lazy. As a professional, I know better, and your production team should too.

This was my final order with MOO. Between the slipping quality and these abysmal responses, it’s clear the company no longer values professional-grade output or consistency.

Moo is quality and experience.
Their sample kit is perfect for ideating the best collateral for your needs. The design templates were great for our designer to interpret our brand for printing materials. First set of cards came in with a bunch…

First set of cards came in with a bunch of crazy misprints. They sent new cards that were better, but still unusable. They blamed the type of card, but the Problem was is there was unneeded spaces in the middle of words. Nothing to do with the type of card at all. Felt I listened to when I called the first time, didn’t follow back up, just counted it as a loss and moved on to a different card maker. Cards were really nice if they had got the printing correct.

Indeed, we only addressed the centring issue and not the warping of the Gold Foil, which should also have been resolved with the reprint.
