My company has been using Moo for our business card ordering for about 2 years now. We've had exceptional experiences each time; the print quality is great! We recently had a printing issue (our first one in 2 years!), which is to be expected during the busy holiday season. When I let Moo's customer service know about it, they immediately apologized and remedied the situation by reprinting the cards for us at no cost and with an extremely fast turn-around time; it's so refreshing to work with a company who listens with an empathetic ear and can fix an issue very quickly like that, and for that reason, we'll always choose to use them for our business card needs. Special shout out to Kaley and Samantha, who helped me mitigate the situation via email promptly and professionally.

We initially experienced a printing issue, but when I contacted customer service, they responded promptly and exceeded my expectations. The measure of a company lies in how it deals with problems. This company hit it out of the park!

I have been using Moo over the years for business cards. Their service has always been prompt and the quality of the cards excellent. This year I created Christmas cards using my own drawings and yet again the service was prompt and the cards were beautifully printed on high quality paper.

MOO continues to surprise we with a level of customer service that is unmatched, and I will continue to use and recommend MOO for print products.

Re-ordered business cards. Very easy and quick since I didn’t need any changes. They are mini cards with a photo and people always like them.

My shipping was late, the Moo team not only received the returned box, but shipped it out to another address no charge. THANK YOU for the wonderful customer service. I will use Moo again.

MOO have let me down... not because the quality of their product, or the speed of despatch, or the ordering process - all of which is usually great. But they've let me down because of the choice of their courier - EVRI. Why any reputable business would choose EVRI is beyond me - the renamed courier firm has a long reputation of letting customers down with failed deliveries - and once again, they've let me down. Sadly, I won't use MOO again, because of their courier choice - that's sad, because I've been a long term customer.

MOO is not a "you figure out how to create your own files and how to upload them and we'll print them for you" service. I've done that before. But literally for a few dollars more, MOO gave us our own personal account manager with design expertise and input, plus high-end printing-- all for a few dollars more. We used their Business Boost plan for $90/year and I am beyond pleased with the end product that MOO produced for us.

Did my first run of postcards. Got a variety of ten different designs. Came out lovely.

This was a test run on my personal account. Moo passed with flying colours.

I'll be back in a few months.

If I could rate this a ZERO, I would have.

I ordered 50 cards (25 each of two designs).

Of the 50 cards, 14 had an image on them. The rest were blank.

And of the BLANK cards, some of them featured the text panel that was supposed to be on EACH CARD.

EVERYTHING about this order is terrible -- if not infuriating.

I only use Moo now for our business needs. They are reliable, quick and have never had a problem with any of my orders. I highly recommend them.

So, 2 weeks before Christmas I decided to do a card. Sent it off to Moo. 4 days later they arrived, just how I wanted them, with envelopes, all sent off to friends, family and clients. No fuss, no complaints. It’s all about trust. Thanks Moo people.

Good quality cards. Impressively rapid delivery.

I needed some donor appreciation cards on a quick turnaround. Design / upload process was fairly simple, ordering process very easy and delivery was ahead of projected time. The finish product is exactly what we needed.
Update and tracking was given, plus delivery by Royal Mail was a bonus (as opposed to some of these courier companies where shipments go on walkabout or get thrown in shrubbery)!

I love this place! I have been using their superior printing services for years now, even before they had their U.S.A. offices), and my latest postcards are simply GORGEOUS! I bought the Luxe Postcards, 32 pt. paper, beautifully textured and impressively thick. Hard to find this degree of thickness in a postcard or business card. Really beautiful - excellent quality, great, secure shipping, super well-packaged, arrived on time, and their customer service is THE BEST ever!! This company is reliable and trustworthy. They go above and beyond for sure!! A most professional company. My photography teacher in Paris, France knows and loves Moo, too!! Don't expect them to be the cheapest on the planet though. Their amazing quality justifies their prices.
