I ordered a Moodo Smart Aroma Diffuser with several scents. Unfortunately it never arrived. I sent them an email and they said they were sorry and would ship the following week, which they didn't and I sent another email 20 days later and they said they would send it the following week... And guess what!!! They didn't ... and i send 4 more emails, to which i got no answer whatsoever...
So ... i was scammed!!!! Don't buy this product!

It’s a half decent product TBH. But the capsules are expensive and even worse since Brexit with very expensive delivery charges. Plus the ability to do a subscription is not available and pay pal isn’t working. I bought two sets of vanilla pods and can barely smell them. The product itself works fine but that too is expensive. I’ve bought a water/essential oil diffuser for £30. The cost of one set of capsules. Better and cheaper IMHO.

I’ve never been able to sync my machine to WiFi. Spoken to Customer Service who just send a generic email with instructions. I’m not happy that I can’t get the full potential and Moodo are not that interested to help.

Deleting comments and blocking people on Facebook who are asking genuine questions regarding recycling etc - they aren’t even being impolite but getting deleted and blocked anyway. Super shady and a bad way to do business!!

As per some of the other reviewers, asked them about chemicals in their products rather than natural sources and also about recycling their pods and the single use plastic issue because their products aren’t recyclable and they have deleted my questions, comments and blocked me. Why not just own up to it. Use chemicals and can’t recycle anything. Shameful in this day and age.

Not to be trusted. They blocked me on social media when I asked why they were using single use plastics and deleted my comment. Why are they acting so shady? Certainly wouldn’t recommend these products either.
