Very disappointing service with good products
Very disappointing service with good products. Initially a cordial visit at the store, but showing surprisingly poor knowledge of the available products. In the next step our order was not processed accordingly despite repeated e-mails. Next delivery time (promised within 6 weeks), was delayed in total almost 6 months. Finally, installation was delayed several weeks despite repeated e-mails and calls and an in the end the invoice was completely incorrect and needed to be amended. The only good thing was the products itself, but I would never buy anything from Moogio in Lund again.

We purchased a large mechanized sun shade with a cartridge and remote control. Received informative and helpful service. I could see and touch the various material choices available to me; so much better than an online purchase. Delivery time was a little slow, but then it was summer. We installed ourselves, and it couldn't have been easier. Still figuring out how the control functions (remote, app, etc) work.
