Salaam,

please avoid this dodgy company using our faith to promote their low quality garments. Within hrs of wearing my top, badge on sleeve came off. Loose threads all over. Contacted the company regarding refund via their website. Uploaded photos as requested. They have completely ignored all emails, chats online and have not received any contact since.
Most annoying thing is they use ISLAM to gain customers and do the complete opposite of what ISLAM teaches.

Their marketing is really good, suck you in just like the devil.

MoomMenn is my new favourite place for stylish, high-quality clothes that don’t cost a fortune. Their fast delivery and superb customer service are just the cherry on top!!

Fraud:
Since placing the order on April 9, and company happily pocketing 100 quids.
I have since sent several emails initially asking about the update on my order and finally asking for a refund.
The infrequent replies have ranged from damsel in distress not being able to handle the work load to pure non sense of automated email asking for review on fulfilment of order!
I have to this date not received any item nor my money back and lately complete silence from the seller. I am writing here, because they tend to respond here more than private emails sent on care@moomenn ID.
I am pretty sure they will respond here with the same non sense they write to every one.
For the last time, I’m not interested in how busy u were or are or your system is down or you are having a stroke, I didn’t pay you 100 quids to listen to your stupid excuses. I paid you for the service you advertised and still are doing you were meant to fulfil in 48 hours.

That the delivery reference number generated from Yodel still shows they haven’t received the package.
If you have an iota of shame left ( i am sure you do not have any). Give me my money back.

I ordered a thobe for Eid and after numerous emails back and forth I was promised that my thobe would arrive by eid (yesterday). Nothing arrived. I had placed my order 2 weeks ago and estimated delivery is 2-3days. False promises, no tracking ID provided for parcel, no honesty even in Ramadan.

I do not need a voucher as compensation in case you respond as I do not want to hand away my hard earned money to thieves like you guys.

A refund has since been processed. However my feedback still stands.

Absolute disgusting service.
Ordered Eid clothes for my son and they have not arrived, no shipping comfirmation.
I have tried to contact them via their live chat,email,insta,fb page and have had no response.
I would avoid this website like a a plague

Stay away from ordering via this website, they take your money and then play dead, no telephone number to be able to contact and no way to get a refund, they do not reply to emails, Instagram DMs etc. Now I am left with no outfit for Eid. From the reviews I can see this is the case with everyone else too!

Update: My order arrived the night before Eid... Although the piece was nice, it was definitely not worth £65, and I still stand by the fact that their customer service is awful.

My item somehow has ended up being delivered in USA. How can you get that wrong. Again an eid outfit for my son. Too late to order from anywhere now. So yeh well done to this company. Will never shop with you again.

I've placed an order week ago and I'm yet to receive my item despite the fact that I have tried to communicate customer service via email but unfortunately I have not received any response as to when I will receive my items.

If I don't hear back from them within the next 24hrs, I will complain this to trading standard as well as my bank to receive my money back.

It is sad and unfortunate to give such negative review to my fellow brothers/sisters as I like to support my community but when service is poor with no communication you leave me with no option but to react.

There website say dispatches in 48hours
It’s been two weeks they said there a postal strikes, no there isint. They have stopped responding to my messages and my parcel hasn’t even left the depot!

Why sell and advertise if you can’t full fill you orders!

I think like the other reviews it’s all fake.
God knows how I will even process a return once it arrives. If I still haven’t received the parcel!!

My issue isn’t that you had a system glitch it was that within 2 days you just gave cancelled and refunded orders. I had to cancel mine through PayPal. There was no honesty or transparency when your glitch happened

I wasn’t impressed with the customer service at first. But Moomenn corrected the issues and gave me my order for free. I would order from this site again and I respect the fact that they amended their mistake and made me whole.

Ordered trousers from this company following the size chart supplied , thought I would order a size bigger as coming from China, took 3 and a half weeks to arrive only to find the trousers are 2 sizes to small, managed to send back after this review as there customers relations contacted me , after sending product back got a refund for trousers but not postage as promised.

I must say I became agitated when the trousers I placed an order for (size L) arrived labeled with 2XL tags. I even wrote a terse note in the feedback section because I could see the return process was going to mean I had to pay for shipping, and I had to rely on the company’s honor to be fair in refunding me for the ostensible return. Then I read the sizing disclaimer about Japanese sizes being 2 sizes difference. Now, I should point out that the difference from L to 2XL is actually 3 sizes, I am happy to say I tried on the trousers and they not only fit perfectly but look amazing. So now I will be needing to apologize for having assumed mismanagement and ill will on Moomenn’s part. My purchase: Drop Crotch Cuffed Trousers Sirwal MD0R in navy blue.
