Outstanding Service from Moores.

Outstanding Service from Moores.
Purchased many appliances for our new kitchen. Moores gave us a very good price and helped us take advantage of a cash back offer that we would otherwise have missed. Moores then stored all our appliances until the kitchen fitters were ready for them. I cannot recommend them highly enough, a pleasure to deal with, outstanding in fact.

Great customer service

I ordered a fridge freezer on line. Moore responded straight away with delivery options. It was delivered as arranged. Excellent service, excellent product. Highly recommend.

Thank you to Moore's

Thank you to Moore's, and Kevin who has patiently sorted out our elderly integrated oven! Professional , friendly service, we would most definitely recommend, and will have no hesitation in purchasing a new oven from this company when ours finally pops off!
The oven died a natural death and we had a new one fitted this morning by Kevin, a thorough professional job and a lovely chap, thank you Moore's we will tell others what a good service we have had.

Good service & price but communication…

Good service & price but communication was poor, I had to contact them twice to find out about delivery & arrange it myself. Would have been useful to know it would be a week and a half wait when placing my order.

Moores give such great service

Moores give such great customer service. I ordered a Belling cooker from their website in July 2018. I received a call from them the same day explaining that the cooker I had chosen was on a long lead time and offering an alternative Belling that could be delivered more quickly. Subsequently they contacted me again to offer even faster delivery for the cooker in a slightly different colour combination. Throughout the process they were unstintingly helpful, courteous and professional. Not only do they give excellent service, they are very competitively priced as well.
