Lovely birthday ladies’ lunch
Lovely birthday ladies’ lunch. Excellent choice of food and value. We pre-ordered our food and it was all ready for us on time. Perfect service. We brought our own fizz, which was fine.

A Lovely cafe with three core ingredients of excellence - In my view these are -
location - perfect, on a main road with plenty of free parking space in a nice part of town.
Staff - lovely young ladies with perfect manners who are immaculately turned out.
Food - Perfecto, delightful genuine Spanish tapas, served red hot with a multitude of different dishes, all expertly cooked and served.
Was very disappointed today. I ordered a soup with cheese toastie, the food was good and the cheese toastie was not enough so I ordered an additional one. The soup and toastie togeather are £10, the soup on its own was £6.50. I only caught site of the card machine briefly as I paid and noticed it was £6 for the additional toastie.
After sitting down and thinking about it I questioned a member of staff to check the price was right and was told it was correct. I commented that £6 was steep for an additional toastie. After more consideration I thought this was really a bit unfair so spoke to the owner before leaving. I questioned why my first toastie was £3.50 yet the second one was £6. I was told that it was subsidised by the soup to which I replied, well it is an additional one to accompany my soup, I had not ordered it on its own and said that I thought it was not very fair or customer freindly. I was told "you can have your £2.50 back, but don't order an extra cheese toastie again, I can't stand here all day making sandwiches for £3.50 each".
In my humble opinion this is poor customer service and unfair pricing. For example, if you go up to S17 Cafe up the road in Bradway they will serve an extra 1/2 a cheese toastie or additional one for the same extra price as the first one.
I think I will drive the extra mile in future to enjoy better customer service elsewhere without leaving and feeling ripped off. I understand that businesses have a profit to make but fair pricing is an important element in any business to keep customers happy.
Such a lovely cafe with such friendly staff. The food has always been delicious and they cater for everyone! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to pop in for a bite to eat or just a coffee and sweet treat…you won’t be disappointed!
Moraira serves a wide range of lovely savoury and sweet treats. My favourite is the egg custard it is the best!!! Lovely staff members who provide the best service that they can. Such a cute and relaxing cafe in Totley. They also hold numerous events at the cafe including spanish classes, tapas nights and paint a pot which all come with yummy food.
