I contacted Moral Compass with concerns of a misdiagnosis and they threatened to sue me for slander and put a lien on the property, although I have already paid the bill. I would recommend looking elsewhere for work.

No you contacted us demanding a refund based off false information. You said you had the other company come out and do a leak search but you actually only paid them to install an Ez-Trap on your condensation line and they checked the system and confirmed it was running perfectly. They however did not do a thorough leak search and surely didn't remove 6lbs of R-410A that we put in.. you're welcome for making the unit perfect. We also provided you the facts and you happily paid your bill. We saved you by providing same day services and temporary cooling for your tenant before you had to pay for his hotel stay till you can get your normal company out. I called and spoke with one of the owners of Elite Air who also confirmed they didn't check your system in the begging of the year so what's this about 15yrs of loyalty? Why did you call us then.. smh.. You were quick to try and defend them with your made up argument as it's based off pure fiction. You didn't even hire them to do a leak search, so how are you going to try and say otherwise? Provide me an invoice and I'll give you all your money back + $10,000 since that's how confident I am. You didn't know you were dealing with the best in business and I don't play when it comes to HVAC. If any of our techs are ever wrong, you would never receive a bill as that's what it means to have a Moral Compass. However we stand corrected and have all the documentation to back us up. You also shouldn't have denied our request for a leak search as we surely would have found the leak. As to think why you didn't hire them to preform a leak search and decided to call us and demand a refund or else you'll resort to online slander.. on the fly I told you we'd have to put a lien on your property if we refunded you and we agreed nobody wants that so well do you one last favor and take your failed attempts to slander our name while we keeping your $780 and adding you to our DNS list(:
