I bought my first multipack of Epson Compatible Ink Cartridges on the 20th August 2010 after buying my computer and printer and have bought them when needed ever since and have been extremely satisfied with price and performance.

I was told about this site and upon visiting it I could not believe the prices, decided to order a set of cartridges which was easy to do, they duly arrived and are printing as we speak!! Excellent service and very good product! Will definitely use moreinks again

They print decent photographs. I have had a cartridge failure and once been sent the wrong cartridges, but on both occasions moreink put the situation right quickly and with no fuss.

I 've bought inks and photo paper from Moreinks many times, both on-line and by phone and service has always been excellent. My latest experience not quite so good. Product of same high quality but it took a week to arrive and I really needed the printer. Maybe not their fault but annoying all the same

This was the first time I have tried using a product that was not a manufacturers original. The replacement cartridges fitted correctly and once the printer went through its set up mode I was rewarded with good clear print. Many thanks. P.R.

Ordered ink for my canon printer through Amazon. It arrived in a couple of days. I had a slight issue when I put the ink in as it wouldn't print colour. I contacted Customer Services who got back to me in an hour on a Sunday. They advised a head clean that worked and sorted the issue. Will get my ink from Moreinks all the time now.

great service and value for money always arrives the next day and all ways turn ups and used now many times and still the same and if u got a epson the inks are spot on and i used other ones from other places and they dont work so this is good for me like and would recommended to only one

I keep coming back here - even though I had one faulty cartridge in the second batch I bought. These guys took time and trouble to sort it out for me, eventually replacing it with a good one. All the compatible cartridges I've had since then have been fine. Orders are really quickly despatched. A work colleague has a similar Brother printer to mine, and was bemoaning the cash he'd just spent on cartridges. Was I smug??!! I now recommend this company to all my friends.

Ordered generic Kodak printer ink. Swift delivery etc but when I went to use them the printer rejected their use. Could not identify product and therefore refused to print. Bought some cheaper ones in a shop nearby, job done, no problems.

Excellent experience. Very good feedback. speed of the all transaction, payment + delivery, is a bit too long, knowing that you have to pay first and wait until the banks do their job; Amazon do it better when you are located in Belgium, as I am. People are nice.

Bought a full set of remanufactured Canon 718 cartridges - 3 colours plus black. Found the black malfunctioned in about 6 weeks (random splodges down one edge), but was able to swap out for a replacement. Some six months later the cyan started to malfunction (blue was deposited across images randomly), but I did not receive a reply to my email. Now magenta has faded badly, and yellow's starting to look a little washed out (but all cartridges are reported by the printer - an MF830cdn - as being "OK", i.e. not empty). Have replaced the cyan and magenta with genuine cartridges and will probably have to do the same with yellow before too long. Goes without saying, I shall not be using Moreinks - or replacement cartridges in general - again.

I thought I was stuck with a printer which would cost the earth in genuine replacement ink but thanks to the support from More Inks, and their efficient service, this was soon remedied. I will now only use More Inks for all of my future compatible ink needs. First class service.

I never have qualms about using MoreInks. They have never let me down in any way, in fact they have always exceeded expectations!
