Morellato=Clowns

Sent a Sector steel bracelet to the Morellato lab to be resized came back resized but all the additional links were broken. Bought a Philip Watch for 1000 euros. Broken after 3 months. Sent it to lab for guarantee repair. Came back all scratched and no overhaul had been done. Had to send the watch to my local watch maker who did the overhaul and told me the watch was dry inside, no lubricant. Wrote an email to Morellato to ask why the watch was scratched and if I could talk to the operator who fixed the watch when I sent it to the Morellato lab. They told me sorry that it's scratched we don't take responsibility for it. What a joke. I hope some investor buys Philip Watch to take the company away from these Morellato clowns!!! Shame on you!!!

Trust the reviews and do not buy Morellato items..

I didn't did any research on Morellato items, and ordered one watch "Morellato Drops R0153122556 Quartz Women's Watch". within one month of normal use, the watch have water inside and no service to get it cleaned or replaced. Hope it is not gone stop.
Are going to provide any service in New Zealand?
Lets see how it goes.. will keep updating.
