We bought a Moretti Global Glass and I really can not recommend it to anyone!!! There are always Problems. Every week a new problem. It makes sporadic squeaking noises. When the technican came, there were suddenly gone. 1 month later the noises come back. The WLAN module is terrible, it has to be stuck to the wall and needed another socket. It looks sooo terrible!!! In addition the temperature sensor is not installed in the pallet stove! It is in the remote control. You have to place the remote control next to the stove. Otherwise, the stove will continue to heat up without switching to modulation.
If we known all this beforehand, we would have another one.

Worst bought I've ever made in my life was a Moretti Tecnika All Clean 30KW back in 2017. It brakes all the time despite a deep clean from technicians at least a couple of times a year since the year I bought it. I've been having issues with this boiler since day 1, the brand in Italy didn't even answered the emails (not even from my lawyer), and despite the effort from the brand representative in Portugal (Larinox) and after substituting a couple of parts, the boiler keeps breaking all the time. Should've have bought a cheaper but apparently better one. After having this since 2017, the boiler now hardly works since it requires technical assistance at least every couple of months.

Stai lontano! Questa è la peggior compagnia con cui abbia mai avuto a che fare in italia! fingono di risolvere un problema e poi semplicemente ti ignorano. ho comprato uno dei loro modelli slim Aqua 18. sembra bello, ma dalla consegna aveva gravi difetti che hanno riconosciuto e promesso avrebbero risolto. 2 anni e mezzo e sto ancora aspettando con poche speranze. Stai lontano da loro, ti daranno solo un infarto

Stay away! This is the worst company i have ever dealt with in italy! they pretend they will fix a problem, and then simply ignore you. i bought one of their Aqua 18 slim models. looks beautiful, but from delivery there where serious defects that they acknowledged and promised they would fix. 2 and half years i am still waiting with little hope. Stay away from them, they will only give you a heart attack.
