Don’t buy from them!!

Don’t buy from them! Absolutely terrible service - and extremely arrogant people. My new RC car (total cost approx € 230) stopped working (broken servo) after only 5 min driving on normal road (big parking lot with no obstacles) not what you would expect from a new RC car costing approximately € 230 - so first i filled a complaint on their website - which they simply rejected saying that despite my explanation - they were sure that I had crashed the car into an obstacle (in other word they simply rejects claim by saying that you (the customer is lying). Secondly just asking them to review the claim requires that you return the product for which you have to pay the freight and during the process of filling a claim on their website - they highlight several times that in case they do not accept the claim then you (customer) have to pay an extra fee on approx € 30 to cover the time spend on assessing the claim. (Threatening the customer) All in all a very disappointing experience - especially taking into consideration that this particular type of products are often associated with a high demand for service as the product is very technical. In my case and to my disappointment the settlement was a poor repair to a totally new product and an extra freight cost of approx € 14 ... so so disappointed!!
Luckily there are many good alternatives to Morfars so I for sure will never again have to buy a product from this company.

All products are covered by a 2 year right of complaint (reklamationsret). This covers faulty parts - it does not cover damages caused by accidents.

Customer had unreasonable demands. Despite that we repaired the car for DKK 1.

Battle tanks I

Bought a set of tanks from them and one of them didn’t work properly. I explained the problem by email and they replaced the broken tank the next day!
Fast and excellent customer service!

The absolute worst online company of all time!

I just ordered a product from morfars.dk and received confirmation for shipping. The next thing I know they decided to spontaneously cancel my order without any explanation. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life!

I am tremendously disappointed by their cold hearted actions. You would think that a company that specializes in selling toys for children would be the most fun to deal with. But, the opposite is very true here! Please stay away from this horrible company! This is the absolute worst online company of all time!

Update:

We never ever mentioned that our child would be operating this toy by himself. But, they took it upon themselves to make that assumption! Perhaps...if they would have respectfully spoken to us first they would’ve been properly informed.

Instead...they indirectly accused us of being irresponsible parents. They also over charged me on shipping, and then got extremely agitated
when I inquired about it. I have reached out to my attorney for some legal advice on whether or not a claim should be filed against them for such horrible treatment!

They even had the audacity to indirectly say we could only afford to buy their cheapest drone. This is what happens when you use extremely poor judgement! As super caring parents...the last thing we’d ever want to do is bring any harm to our beloved child. Our son wasn’t the one purchasing this item because he doesn’t own a credit card, yet.

So, technically we as the adults in this matter were old enough to buy this product as his parents. These ridiculous people obviously have a serious God Complex. Overall, they have seriously bad communication, an extremely presumptuous staff, are all hyper paranoid, and have by far the worst customer service ever!

Customer ordered our cheapest drone for a very young boy. During emails we discovered that we would not be able to meet their expectations to the product and our services.
We decided to cancel the order instead of sending a product which would give them a bad experience.
We think this is good customer service. We could have easily sold the product and taken the money... sad that some people cannot see this.

Bought a hurricane RC car

Bought a hurricane RC car. Delivery was good. But car lasted less than 10 days. Was not the most expensive car but for what a payed it should of lasted longer than that. They shows vids of guys jumping them around in skate parks and my son's car does not work after just riding around on grass in the back garden. And will now cost more money to replace parts to get it going again.

No cheating on the video - we even show that one of the cars breaks a part.

Hurricane is not made for grass - you will need a bigger car for that. This is clearly stated on the product in the webshop. Driving on grass will shorten the lifespan of the moveable parts in the car.

Did you check the price of the parts? This is one of the cheapest cars to fix.

We got a drone and it was broken after…

We got a drone and it was broken after 3 min. I paid 50 kr again to send it back. Very much dissatisfied. :-(
Update: from the company they called us and said they will repair it if we pay 100 more plus shipment fee. I think this product does not worth 500 kr. so we literary put 350 kr in the bin basket. We refused to have the product back. I could simply buy another ome with 80 kr with the same cheap quailty.

We are 100 percent disappointed with this product and customer service. Never will buy anything from this company. :-(

Hi Mashoomeh,

You wrote to us that you crashed with the drone and you were not able to make it work after the crash. We told you that we would be happy to check the drone and see if we could fix it.

There is no warranty on the products but 2 years of "reklamationsret" which covers faults on the product. It does not cover damages caused by having accidents.

Most new pilots have accidents. Then you fix it and try again - thats the way you learn how to fly.
Getting angry at the product or the shop does not make sense.

Regarding shipment: when filing a return all customers pay for the shipment back to us. If the return is a valid "reklamation" then the shipment fee will be credited.


Update after update: the drone we received back from the customer was broken because of a crash. This is not covered by any warranty.
