The Dell Laptop and power supply looked virtually brand new and have performed flawlessly thus far. Delivery was within 48 hours of the order being placed and the goods arrived well packaged and on time.

Great product for low price.
I do keep an eye on the website to see what is in stock. I was looking for a new to me laptop and my work use Morgan Computers. Really good price for the spec. Very happy. Paid through Super as well and got credit at Morgan which allowed me to get a couple of extra things for no extra money. The only thing I wasn't sure about was that my order showed as complete very quickly but it had not arrived several days later. I call customer service and was told that my order was being shipped that day. The website shows the order completed when the payment has cleared. Not helpful from the customers point of view. The customer service agent agreed it wasn't clear. Hopefully they will change how the website lets the customer know where the order is in its process.

Any refurbished computers we supply which are upgraded will delay the dispatch of the order as per our website. Once your order is dispatched you should receive an email from the courier with further delivery details. I will pass on your feedback regarding the order status though. I am glad to hear you are pleased with your order of a Acer Nitro 5 AN515 15.6" Laptop. After upgrading it to have 32GB RAM and a 2TB SSD you should have a mighty fine setup. Normally brilliant BUT!

Normally a brilliant service from Morgancomputers, I haven't checked the product, however the delivery courier is beyond belief. I gave instructions on the order where to leave the item if there was no reply, some where safe and out of the weather, where was it left, on the front doorstep. I ordered the item on Tuesday 21st April, was away for the weekend, from Thursday, got back home on 28th April to find it on the door step. Lord knows what weather it has been through or how long it has been on public view!

As your order was placed after this on the 21st your order was processed and shipped from us the next day via DPD. The DPD tracking shows it was then delivered the next day on the 23rd at 17.10PM. You should have been emailed tracking details and delivery options from DPD on the morning of the 23rd to the email provided for the order. This email gives you such options as delaying the delivery, delivering to a drop off shop for later collection, or adding any specific instructions for the driver. I am very sorry if you did not receive this email. I am relieved to hear you have your order and I hope everything is ok with it.
