Customary Brilliant Morgan Service
Been dealing with Morgan Computers for years and have always received excellent service. Recently had a payment problem with an order placed on a Saturday afternoon.
Darren from Morgan called the following Monday morning and sorted it out in a very friendly and professional manner.
Kit arrived the following day!
Turned out it was all my fault - I needed to unlock my new card.
These people are really good.

Excellent Expeirence
I had one question about the laptop I wanted to purchase, one call to Morgan sales staff resulted in it being answered quickly and honestly. Have purchased before from Morgan so have not been disappointed this time either. To top it all, the laptop was delivered the very next day, it is in excellent condition, a pleasure to use and the price was very good too!

NOT a good expereince ...
Product (used laptop) was delivered in good time. However, it did not function as expected. Extremely poor battery performance, what is determined as "acceptable" to Morgan is certainly NOT acceptable in real life. The keyboard on the laptop they supplied is simply "unreliable" there are several keys that simply "DO NOT WORK" I reported this to Morgan and didn't even receive a reply. I feel totally let down by Morgan, would never consider buying from them again. I have basically had to "write off" the near £300 I spent with them. There has been no acceptable reply from them, they have my money ... I have their problem. Will never buy from them again.
