Really surprised when I opened the box
Easy to choose the best machine for my use, good selection available to choose from, delivery was really quick, computer really well packed and worked straight out of the box, been using it for a few weeks now and really pleased with its performance and looks like brand new, thank you very much Morgan Computers.

A Long Heritage
I've been shopping with Morgan (and its earlier incarnation Morgan Camera) for nearly 50 years. In all that time its provided quality products at exceptionally good prices. The HP monitor I've just bought is an example: it's "as new" except for a small chip on the base, but much lower-priced than competitors offer them. And I know Morgan's warranty will be honoured if anything should go wrong.

First delivery didn't work - probably flat battery and faulty charger but the replacement came next day.

Superb 5 star performance
I ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad L14 Gen 2 Core i5-1145G7 16GB RAM 256GB SSD Windows 11 Pro 14″ Laptop late on Monday afternoon and the machine arrived on Wednesday lunchtime.
Unfortunately, in spite of the laptop looking clean and new, there was a minor breakage of the laptop case around the headphone socket which was not acceptable for me to keep so on Wednesday afternoon I emailed, asking for a refund to give me a chance to look again and returned the laptop using a DPD Pickup Point.
Now on Thursday lunchtime, I have had a message telling me that the laptop has been received back and having decided that particular model was the one I still wanted I rang Jacob Gillingham of their support team, asking if it was possible to simply have a replacement machine instead of a refund.
This was immediately agreed and I was told that the replacement will be with me tomorrow, Friday.
Superb, brilliant and fast service; much better than any that I have got in the past from other companies so definitely well done Morgan-Computers, and also DPD their carriers.
Real five star service, and what I'm certain will tomorrow be a superb laptop!
A very quick update which will need a further update very soon.
I have received the replacement for my broken item and this time all is great It does indeed look line a brand new machine that has not been used before SUPERB!.
I have no idea how to run Windows nowadays as I have been a Linux user for the past 21 years, and totally Windows free, so I intend to install Xubuntu or Mint on this machine
Having already tried both OSs as live systems from USB I know both work without any problems seen so far so probably tomorrow I will happily be using Xubuntu or Mint, not struggling to get Windows 11 up and running.
Thank you Morgan-Computers; I shall be back again when I next need a new machine.

Good product at a competitive price.
The refurbished laptop was received promptly, and is in good order. The charging lead however did not fit. On contacting Morgan Computers I received a new one the following morning as promised.

Bargain
Used these to replace a number of the led strip headlights that some of the LEDs had failed or were refused to take a charge. The only downside I see is having to scroll through all lighting levels to switch it off. Oh, the battery charge indicator on the side a definite plus
