Great delivery and customer service. I ordered breakfast for 10 colleagues and myself but fumbled with the first orders. Received help from customer service instantly with the chat function. All colleagues were satisfied with their breakfast, so was I :-). I received confirmation on SMS for all the deliveries. One receipt with all orders was also sent promptly after my request. I can really recommend Morgenlevering!

Great costumer service!

Unfortunately you have to use it too often as the delivery is not always delivered as promised. Sometimes not delivered at all, but at least they refund the money without question. I like to use morgenlevering to send friends small gifts and surprises. I love that I can order the night before!!

Unfortunately, the flowers are super bad and wither within a few days. It seems as if they pick the bad flowers they cannot sell in the stores. Not worth the money to buy flowers as the are expensive and of poor quality.

Great customer service, and usually delivered promptly. On the very few occasions any problems have occurred, it has been dealt with swiftly and with kindness.

We ordered from morgen levering, and the order was delivered as expected. But we had animals steal our food. Since this was our first delivery, we contacted customer service and they refunded and told us that customers bothered by animals should buy a box to get it delivered in. We will be getting a box, and hope the next deliverys will be successful.

Great service. I've used it for greetings and birthdays mostly, and it's a very good "last minute" gift

We orderen 17 different items. We got one item at the door.

We complain and they say there is nothing We can do, here is some money back.... thing is stores are now closed and we needed that for company! I would not recommend relying on the delivery.

Disappointed. I suggest you have a good plan b if you ever use morgenlevering.

The delivery is far from reliable..It is not guaranteed that you will get your bread/goods delivered as promised. I have been using the service at least 3 times per week in the last year and this last week 2 out 4 orders were not delivered. Many other times before I had the same issue but never twice in a week...They don't give you a reason why you are not getting what you paid for but at least they just give your money back. Too much room from improvement otherwise they will lose good customers.

They deliver and if there is any problem they fix it promptly.

I ordered a bouquet of roses which looked very nice when they were unpacked. The day after they’d already started to wither. I contacted customer support by email about what happened, and got response from them just a couple of minutes later. They were very sorry about what happened, and they gave me my money back for the roses. I’m very happy that they replied so quickly considering it was a Sunday. Very good experience with customer support. Thumb’s up!

Half of my order was not delivered for some reason. When I contacted customer service I received a full refund without much hassle. This is the first time this has happened to me with Morgenlevering. Mistakes can happen. Great solution by customer service! I would confidently order through them again.

As I did not find the parcel as described in the received SMS. I had to contact Morgenlevering by mail. I got answer quickly and after some "sorting out" I got my parcel. And it tasted very nice with my noon tea.
Morgenlevering did what they were told to all the way.

I had a question regarding ordering for several people, but less than 30. I got an answer after few minutes, with the explanation I needed. Great and efficient service by Beatrice :) Off course; it would have been even better if there was a solution of "mass ordering" for less than 30 people as well. I have now used a couple of hours entering 19 identical ordres, and paying them myself...

Excellent service when you make contact. Products are satisfying. Great service whith the regular delivery. All in all great, but prices are a bit too high on some products.
