Cannot return from the UK

This company's page on instagram has loads of really cool content and fashion advice. I bought some items from its website, which were shipped from the USA (I am based in the UK). The quality was similar to H&M (not terrible, definitely not good).

I couldn't return the items as they don't provide a phone number and their return address is a PO Box, which international couriers do not deliver to (I tried Etsy and DHL). Amy from their customer service responded a few times, but was ultimately useless and I had to write off my order.
