I had a Morphy Richards kettle which suddenly stopped working. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly and helpfully. As requested by them, I sent photos and again received a prompt reply from Rich. He advised me to send the kettle back to Amazon and seek a refund or replacement. Within no time at all I'd contacted Amazon and arrange for the kettle to be returned. Next thing I know there's a refund on its way to me. So, thank you, Rich for your extremely speedy and professional help. Well done!

Thank you so much for solving my issue .. I bought a kettle from Morphy Richards since August 2024, but unfortunately it stopped working only this month (June 2026).
With the 2 years warranty, I asked the customer service to look into the issue. Luckily, within 10 days the issue was solved and a new kettle was provided..

Electric throw
Had issues with an electric blanket which stopped working. Had to provide evidence through photos/videos which is fair enough. Once information sent through, customer service was excellent and sent replacement out promptly.

Customer service exceeded my expectations regarding steam iron
I rang about avoiding hard water deposits building up in steam iron. I've had the model 303131 for over five years and it has been fantastic. Customer support, Rich, was very helpful and suggested a number of ideas to reduce calcium build-up. Would highly recommend this product and Morphy Richards' customer service.

Good products and excellent customer service
Delivery of order was very prompt and parcel arrived safely. I was clumsy and damaged a part which was not available from the website. On contacting Customer service, they were very understanding and said they would try to source the part. Next working day I got an update. 2 days later, I received the part. I am very grateful for the excellent attention and the efforts made to source this minor but important part on my Mixstar stand mixer. On first use, I found it worked very well, good results (although the Victoria sponge recipe in the book requires more mixture for the baking tin size!). The parts are well packed and the holder for storing is well designed. Mixing bowl is sturdy stainless steel. Speed controls worked well, very useful to have a count-up timer too. Thanks for everything!

My first time using MR customer service desk. I felt i had to jump a few hoops claiming under manufacturers warranty for my fault iron. However that person feeling aside logically it makes a of sense. We managed to get to the bottom of it all and was sent a refurbished iron which came the very next day! That impressed me massively. Customer service replied promptly and politely to our issue. They guided us through a checking process and their instructions were always clear and professional. They were extremely helpful in resolving our issue, which unfortunately couldn’t be fixed, by sending a replacement product very swiftly. Overall, excellent customer service and we wouldn’t hesitate to buy future products from this brand, safe in the knowledge that any after sale care required would be dealt with so efficiently.
