We were part of a chain and they did not speak to any other agents within the chain to keep thing moving.
Minimal service received.
Would never use them again.

Awful agency
Aplied to rent a room.After few rapid succesful emails,they asked If I move with my baby.I said I split recently-only I move from my previous appartment.So total silence after that email(split persons probably do not meet their requirments).It was 11 o'clock in the morning.In 2 hours I sent another email asking how long it takes the refferencing process-no answer.Never received the application form for the refferencing.The tenant of the appartment were happy for me to move there(to split the bills)- she called even the landlord(and again the agency).Even so..nothing happened.Be aware...totally awful way of dealing with clients,expect massive delays!I told I want to complain and speak with the manager.They said the manager will call me...guess what happened?...noone called me..haha.Avoid by all costs.King regards benjamin morris!)
