Especially business loans! Do not recommend!
Absolutely awful experience. We purchased two vehicles through Morris at a rather high interest rate (15-16%) with the expectation to buy back the vehicles after 6-12 months. We were okay with the interest rate as it wasn't permanent and it was helping our business in the start-up stages. We mentioned our plans to the broker, and they said that there was 'no early termination fees', so we went ahead.
Little did we know, at the time of looking to buy back the initial $40,000 loans, they mentioned we owed the interest of the entire 5 year loan! They say that they 'load all the interest on at the beginning on the loan'! Never heard of anything so dodgy in my life! The way the contract was written up was a bit open to interpretation, which is clearly how they suck people in... as you will see if you read the rest of these reviews.
Furthermore, the conversations over the phone with them resulted in them basically scoffing saying "oh yeah, that's just how we do it, we don't operate like the big banks", then proceeding to offer us a slight discount as if they were doing us a favour.
Long story short, we're back on our feet now, and own both the vehicles, but thanks to Morris it was a costly $20-30k experience. Never again!

It's great to have company that has your back, our business was choking due to the ever growing cost of hiring equipment and out-sourcing subcontractors. Morris Finance made it possible for us to purchase multiple vehicles/trucks and equipment that not only minimized our expenditures but gave us more control over the growth of our business. We will continue to use Morris Finance for all our business needs.

Baden was great, assisting my client with terrific service and assisting us as Brokers with great service also.

Ashleigh made the experience easy and was exceptional at her job

Due to a recent car accident and serious injuries sustained I’m unable to work. My vehicle was a write off so I wanted a pause on payments until insurance settlement was complete and payout could be made. This was agreed via phone call. I should’ve followed up with this agreement by email.
However morris took a payment I wasn’t prepared for When I called to discuss this, I dealt with an extremely rude and unhelpful staff member. When I asked to speak with someone else, his response was ‘What do you want!’. Please avoid dealing with this horrendous company. Money grabbing vultures! I’m surprised companies can speak to customers like this.

From the word go Ashleigh was fantastic very good on what this lady does she keep me always up to date until the finances came through 10/10 keep it up Ashleigh

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The worst company I have ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favour and steer clear. This company makes the finance process the hardest I have ever done. They make promises and don't deliver. Just an outright disaster

Recently taken out a Business loan with Morris finance, to be honest was a complete disaster during the lending process, unfortunately I can not recommend to use these guys at all, process had made me feel extremally like a second class citizen
