Awful experience. Ordered something showing it was in stock. A week later after hearing nothing, not even an acknowledgement email confirming the order I rang them only to be explained that there was an error on 'the system' and they were waiting for the stock to come in maybe up to 2 weeks. If I hadn't contacted them I wouldn't have heard nothing, but they had my money. No apologies from them. Absolutely terrible customer service. Cancelled the order and got my money back. Advise not to use this company.

The team at Bull Motive are all very approachable and fantastic at what they do. Providing a great service each and every time i have been in to see them. The products that i have purchased over the rebuild of my vehicle have always been top quality. Keep doing what you do at Bull Motif, it works well.

absolutley excellent parts supplier for my classic mini they stock only classic mini spares now and are no longer morris minor spares some great discounts found and parts arrive quick they sorted me out with all of the restoration items i required for my classic mini even ordered in some special items that they don't stock just so i could get all my parts from the same place can't thank them enough for there customer service.

Terrible ordered 26th may apparently first class post contacted them after a week to be told there out of stock funny it said there was stock when I ordered. I was told stock was due in the next day and would be sent straight out. Now the 7th June no sign of items. Just want a refund I’ll get them elsewhere. Saying non in stock on the website now so was just lies about them coming in the next day. Worst service I’ve ever had. Recommend you stay away to avoid hassle and wasting your time

Terrible customer service.
Ordered part , paid 24 hour delivery. They sent out 48 hour delivery. Refused to refund extra postage cost, said I can have an extra 1% discount off next order. There won’t be a next order!

Worst experience ever, Ordered just under £2.000 worth of Mini body panels including British Heritage panels, some arrived but others were not in stock despite being advertised as in stock on the Web site, The Heritage complete boot floor arrived damaged due to it being sent in a cardboard box with no internal packing, bubblewrap or poly blocks, after a call to Bulmotif I was told they would look into it 3 weeks later I received a claim form from Parcelforce filled it in sent it off and after many emails and phone calls I have been told that panels sent by Bulmotif are not insured, Bulmotif have basically told me Tough, I was due to spend a lot more money with this company but the customer service is by far the worst I have experienced in over 50 years, Mini Sport, Somerford Mini's, MiniMail, etc on the other hand are 100% better.

These guys are really helpful when you are trying to get those elusive bits for a fifty year old car. Their support is going to be even more crucial now we face the risk of unsafe classics without MOTs . From the smallest banjo washer to the whole engine, they stock it
