ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT MORTGAGE COMPANY! THEIR WEBSITE IS TRASH AND NOT USER FRIENDLY. STAFF IS CLUELESS AND UNHELPFUL AND THEIR APP IS A WASTE OF SPACE! I ABSOLUTELY REGRET REFINANCING WITH THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A "MORTGAGE COMPANY"
STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!

A year ago, I came over to PHH as an inflight modification. Payments under my new modification with previous servicer was at a manageable $1500. PHH failed to process this modification in a timely and professional manner causing a total of 3 modification packages resulting in a new, over $2000.00 mortgage note. None of the modification applications or processes were the same with PHH throughout these modifications . I wish I could choose another servicer and never come across this one . They could care less of this stupid and careless mistake they made, which would take less time to fix than this they have me going through. Currently, They also have me in foreclosure through this entire process and today as I’m making my first payment under this ridiculous new modification the foreclosure is still active. So that means I’m in modification and foreclosure at the same time, since March 31, now 90 days. The police are still showing up at my door to serve me. Just a pure crap show all around. They should be ashamed and out of business , I know I’m not the only one experiencing being a victims to their practices. .

PHH MORTGAGE is the WORSE company to have your mortgage with! I didn't have an option, my loan was sold to these crooks! I was on a forebearance due to hurricane damaged my home. Those foreigners told me they would the payments on the end of my loan once forebearance plan was over! I am now at the end of the forebearance and those incompetent jerksput this crap on my credit as 120 days past due even tho I was on forebearance! Keep giving me the rub around and the foreigners they have working there are useless! I HATE THIS COMPANY AND I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND A FRAUD! I HATTTTE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU!!!!!!

I am an unhappy customer of PHH Mortgage, only because they purchased my loan. In May I tried to take advantage of the refinance offer they were marketing. I filled out paperwork, they ran my credit, and told me the documentation was being reviewed by underwriting. They never completed the refinance. I e-mailed to find out the progress and got the run-around. I have not heard from them for about 1 1/2 months now.
My loan officer Greg Bartolotti, loan processor Mernys Castillo, and loan process manager Natalia McIntosh all failed me. They ran a credit check on me and my wife, which affects our credit, and I didn't even get a proper effort towards my refi.
