Barry took on our complicated case (joint borrower sole proprietor mortgage needed) and worked hard and quickly to explore the different options available, finding the only lender that was willing to lend to us given the circumstances. He was always easy to contact and quick to follow up on any requests we had, providing info in a way that was clear for the layman and often giving us a bit of a laugh to go with it. We were recommended Barry after we'd spent 5 months with 2 separate mortgage brokers and hadn't got anywhere. Barry managed to do in 16 hours what these two brokers failed to do for us in 5 months. We flew through the process, he found us an even cheaper deal than previous quotes, and he held our hands at every step. We could rely on his professionalism and friendly reassurance, even if it meant he was working through the night (sometimes sending emails at 2am). I've never experienced such commitment. And all this through a global pandemic. Honestly, I wish there were more stars on this, Barry IS a star and deserves them all!

Barry and his team were great. We got a really good mortgage deal from a good lender quickly and efficiently and we didn't have to pay any fees either which was great.

I was refereed to Barry by a friend of work when i was looking to take out a new mortgage. I didn't really know exactly how i wanted to go about it and Barry took the time to guide me through all of my options and I now could not recommend him and mortgage saving experts enough! multiple conversations over the phone and many emails over period of weeks and it was never a problem.
