Unacceptable delay

Ordered a bag, an ampoule bag and an otoscope in June 2014. Months passed with no word from Morton Medical. Several emails later I was informed, that the bag was delayed from the supplier. Fair enough.. The set deadline once again passed, once again no word from the company until i inquired. Finally the two bags arrived after a delay of 4 (!) months. Imagine my surprise when the otoscope, ordered 4 months ago was not delivered, but would be "supplied at a later time". I see that Morton Medical can not be blamed for delays from another company, but at the very least they are obliged to keep the customer informed. In short - very much underwhelmed with the level of service from Morton Medical, I will be taking my business elsewhere..

Unacceptable Contact of sale

I ordered some items, 3 blood pressure monitors, before Christmas 2013 and my card was charged immediately. I received an email few days latter that the delivery will be delayed due to Christmas. So far so good, however on the 20th of January I had to contact them again since I had no news yet. After a series of emails they finally replied back, 31st of January, saying the items were still not in stock and they had to wait for their supplier to deliver to their warehouse before they shipped and still could not estimate the delivery time.
If something is out of stock then why try to sell it when they could not deliver?. If I had known this I would not have ordered. The refunded my money one and a half month after they charged me. People buy medical equipment because they need it and not as a novelty item

Best for medical supplies

Wasn't sure about some of the products so decided to give them a call, the person on the phone was very helpful and my items arrived on time. Would definitely use again.
