New York 551 and 5th

New York 551 and 5th. Food great, staff totally not interested. Nobody spoke to me nobody asked how my food was. All busy giving their staff friends free drinks. Waitress could not even look me in the eye. And I am a president club member. Nobody cares!! Not coming back

This is unfortunate because my wife and I visited this restaurant before and had a wonderful time. The food and customer experience was amazing. We returned on valentines day and I discovered the next day a 55 dollar extra charge on my credit card. I contacted my bank immediately and was able to receive a refund. I also contacted mortons steakhouse and unfortunately no response. I would just remind everyone to be vigilant and check your card after every purchase! Update; I was contacted by Peter a general manager of this location and he assured me it was a honest mistake. And I believe it ! Looking forward to returning.

Morton's Pittsburgh

Service was good. Steaks were overdone (1) and underdone (2). Sides were excellent except for one that was over salted to the point of obliteration. Had to ask to have it removed from the bill. That is a server attention to detail issue. Overall, value is questionable.
