I’ve been using this company for more than a decade to repair all my appliances, and they’ve never let me down. My most recent repair was for my dishwasher, which — typically — sprang back into life an hour before Warren arrived. Despite that, he still insisted on giving it a full check over (even though he’d have received the call-out fee either way).

Warren listened carefully, picked up on a noise he didn’t like, and investigated further. He found a hidden fault that would have popped up again, saving me a future breakdown. Absolutely above and beyond service.

He also refused a tip (give the man a Christmas bonus!) and didn’t mind my very nosy cats supervising his work.

Genuinely brilliant service every single time. Highly recommended.

I cannot think why anyone would go anywhere else for appliances. I have been buying appliances for work, and home and family since I was introduced to this amazing shop in 2011. They are first rate for repairs, and if you need to buy an appliance you get great advice and perfect service.

I have just purchased a new microwave from Moston Lane Appliances. This is the third separate appliance that I have bought from them in the past 18 months. As ever Mike and his team delivered the goods as soon as it came into store. Thank you once again Mike. Sandra Davidson.

Rang Moston Appliances yesterday to have a look at my induction hob, with a view to replacing it after Hotpoint providing very poor aftercare. They came out the same day and after chatting to the engineer decided to purchase a new one. Today, as if my magic, I have a new induction hob!!! Fantastic service as per usual. No delivery charges and fitting charges. They are the best!!!! Thank you so much

I was very disappointed with Motsen Lane this morning. I have used them multiple times in the past and have usually found them to be very helpful.

However, when I called today to buy a replacement dishwasher, the gentleman I spoke with seemed to come up with multiple excuses not to assist me. First, he cited parking as an issue, then he raised concerns about the measurements, despite my understanding that all slimline dishwashers are 450mm. Finally, he told me to check their website because he was “extremely busy.”

Overall, it was not the best customer experience.

Absolutely fantastic always find they are honest and reliable my mum and dad used to always go here and never had a bad experience neither have I very quick great prices friendly staff always fixed the jobs where possible and clean up after themselves would highly recommend

I've used this business twice in the last few months. First, for a cooker and then for a washing machine. I've ordered on the phone and they were delivered the next day and the used machines were recyled. "No messing about" and I live in a first floor flat so it's differcult. Very helpful on the phone and I didn't have to leave my flat. Highly recommended☺

Unbelievable Amazing service ! Washing machine ordered ,delivered ,fitted and working in under two hours,yes two hours.unbelievable service.Price matched with other big retailers ! Took other machine away .Very nice delivery men .Moston Lane appliances are simply the best .

Outstanding service by Mike the owner who couldn't do enough to get my washer/dryer machine up and running again. It was completely dead thought I would have to buy new but he managed to get this up and running in a very cost effective way. Highly recommended most certainly will use him again for my white goods.

I cannot recommend Moston Lane Appliances enough, called at 11am to order a new oven, new oven fitted, cleared away all rubbish, took my old oven all by 1.30pm

I needed a new dishwasher and called the guys at Moston Lane Appliances who I have used before. As ever, they found me an excellent replacement very quickly and two lovely guys - Pete and Carl - turned up to fit it and remove the old one. They were polite, kind, efficient and very speedy! Highly recommended!

Avoid most on lane appliances very bad service,cheap no reliable oven,fridges, washers and the staff cannot be trusted in your home stay well away stick to Curry's they are more reliable and are reputable company,lots of complaints,against most on lane appliances but just watch mike the owner will spin some lie, he still owes me about a thousand pounds in damages to my personal items,please dont be another victim of this fake company , give me back my Money
