Model was supplied with a transmitter that would not switch off. A replacement transmitter was eventually sent which would not bind with the model. After a long delay a FedEx label was sent so I could return the goods. This was rejected when I took the parcel for dispatch. Despite not being able to return the faulty items I was then sent a complete replacement model
and transmitter which arrived safely and worked perfectly, for which a was very thankful. A good service.

I found that two of the retracts on my new Flightline F7F Tigercat did not work.
I contacted Motion RC Europe who, after requesting proof (in the form of a video and confirmation that they had been tested using the correct equipment and voltage) that the retracts were defective, supplied replacements free of charge, which work perfectly.

I found their online agent courteous and helpful and following this experience would not hesitate to recommend Motion RC Europe to my friends and will certainly consider purchasing further Motion RC products in the future.

I ordered some batteries from motion rc. But when the package arrived it had a hole in it and some off the batteries I had ordered where gone.

I contacted the customer service and the replied in less than 5 hours and resolved the problem.

I’m more than happy and told all my flying Clup members about it.

Some of the products in your web page have a wrong description or not include the parts you see in the page.
Most of the planes are discontinued or Motion doesn't market anymore and you will see in other web pages.
The service is very good

Missing propeller stickers rectified by sending another complete propeller set of blades. Excellent no quibble replacement and responses from Motion well outside normal working hours. Well done.

I had a problem with a second hand MIG-29 (first generation without Servo upgrade). After opening Tickets (which were answered within 1 Business day!) I talked to Jarrett from the motion RC support, who was really helpful. In my case calling was the better option than writing forth and back, trying to explain things.
Jarrett gave me some good advise and I hope that my MIG-29 will fly well soon.

MotionRC generally has very good customer service, which can be seen that they were sending upgrade parts for the MIG-29 elevators to customers that had already purchased the model before!

This the second choise what i have made to buy a P-38 because its a good plane and very easy to fly.

To start with there are a large range of modules to look at and drool over. Prices are competitive and although you have to pay Vat in the UK, it is taken off the price at checkout, so everything balances up. I received my BAE Hawk in very good condition except 1 dodgy servo. A quick email and video to show the problem and a replacement was sent to me. Great customer service, Thank you.

All my orders was delivered in the promised Time or quicker! In one case, a delivered Product was damaged.with the Chat function and the very Friendly und competent Support Team, my problem was solved to my complete satisfaction in a quickly and easily way!
