Gone downhill
Been using them for 2 years no problems then it's all gone downhill. For my last 3 orders 1 was cancelled with no items delivered and 2 have been missing items.
Customer service virtually non-existent, 1 email offering a substitution then no reply and no product received.
Effectively paying double for what I received.
A shame as up until the end of last year it was faultless but cant afford to give money away.
