AVOID AT ALL COST!

What an absolutely shocking company! I ordered a pair of motorbike trousers online. The delivery said up to 5 days. I contacted the company to check on delivery and was informed that they were coming from Denmark and would take longer. I was shocked as no where on the purchasing page did it mention international shipping or any additional wait times.

The advisor assured me the trousers would be with me shortly. A few days went passed and I received another email from. DPD advising that I now owed custom fees of £60!! Shocked!! The dpd email gave two options to pay the fees or return the item.. I decided to return the item as I could not justify the additional £60 on top of the £172 I had paid for the trousers. I notified the company straight away and was informed I would get a full refund. Another 10 days passed and no email or refund.

I emailed them again today to check what was happening and received a message back to say that they've contacted dpd as they have not had the item returned. Unfortunately they have lost the package and due to this I would not get a refund as I am responsible for the item being returned.

I am completely in shock as I've never experienced such poor customer service. I therefore would avoid this company especially if you are not based in Denmark! I hope this review helps others as I wish someone had warned me.

It arrived fast, was at a good price and it looks stunning! Really a great product. Theres a tiny handwritten note and it feels personal, thats a nice touch and all in all the experience is worth 5 stars easily!

I have a rather curvy body and always have the problem that I have to buy very large sizes so that my bottom and thighs fit in. Often the clothes are then longer, as if I had to be at least 1.90m tall in that size, which unfortunately isn't the case.

I opted for the Zipped Front - Women's Motorcycle Leggings. They are available in 3 lengths. I measured my hips and waist and looked for the right size and it fits perfectly.

The pants are super comfortable and fit exactly where they should and are not too long.

The only drawback: the zipper snagged very badly at the seam between the pants and the top waistband. Even when I wasn't wearing them and the zipper wasn't under tension, it still snagged. I have now rubbed some oil into the zipper and opened and closed it several times. I hope that this will alleviate the problem. If the delivery times weren't so extremely long, I might have requested an exchange, but the pants fit so well that I don't want to give them back.

The packaging was also really nice and felt more like a gift. The pants were in a zipper bag, wrapped in tissue paper and the whole thing was in a matching box. So nothing could really be damaged during shipping. There was also a small thank-you card inside, on which I was even thanked by hand in German, which really made me feel extremely appreciated.

If I were to buy another pair of pants, I would definitely buy them here again.

I got the driving jeans I had been looking for so long. Fit is perfect! Can't wait for summer so I can try them in action 🏍
