Absolute shambles of a company.
Moto Tyre cancelled my order without explanation. Promised me a refund. I bought a tyre elsewhere because they cancelled my order. They have not refunded me, and now 2 months later have delivered the tyre I no longer need and refuse to refund me or collect the tyre. Do not deal with this company.

I ordered a tyre and received a tracking number, but it was in a language I couldn’t understand.
Three days after placing the order, I contacted customer support via chat because there was no response from a real person. I was then informed, through the chatbot, that the tyre had already been delivered.
However, I work from home every day and have security cameras around my house. There is no evidence of any delivery, and no sign that a courier ever arrived.
Despite this, the system continues to claim the item has been delivered. When I try to raise a complaint, I receive no meaningful response, and my emails go unanswered.
At this point, I think that this may be a scam.

Absolute shambles!
Absolute shambles!! It says tyre delivered which is not true, then courier didn’t deliver it twice tho i was home all day! Tried to call moto-tyres, spent 59min waiting for them to pick up (of which 37min as first in a queue) after 1hr of waiting to automatically disconnect me! Now i have no tyre nor money back! Avoid avoid avoid!

Said I would get a refund, 4 weeks and still no refund, customer services keep telling me they have paid me, they haven't, but they are saying have patience, then put phone down, worst service ever I have been robbed. Never received my tyre – no support, no refund
I ordered a tyre and never received it. The tracking link leads to a weird German website that doesn't even show my name or address, so I can't confirm if it's even for me. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times, but no response for days. At this point, I feel scammed – no tyre, no money, no help. Avoid this seller unless you enjoy throwing money into the void.

I wish I saw the reviews before I ordered :( They have shipped one tyre and told me it will be 2-weeks getting to me, who knows when the second tyre is coming... I don't! I am in the process of cancelling the order now already been on hold 20 minutes they make it almost impossible to cancel.

Right price and as described. It takes quite a while for the order to be delivered and there was a little uncertainty between ordering and delivery that it was a scam, but all good in the end and happy with the results. Would use moto tyres again.

RUBBISH customer service.my husband ordered 2 tyres for only one to be delivered. he has been trying to contact them since yesterday, the day the one ture was delivered, without success. he was number 7 in line, then number 1 for 2 hours. he tried again today and he is number 2 in line for a while. he emailed them without response.
