I made a wrong order of a Chain and Sprocket Kit for my Thriumph Speed Triple because I printed out the wrong manual from 2005 instead of 2014 by mistake. Having taken the old chain off noticing my mistake too late I ordered the wright parts again and they arrived just one day later so I could put my bike back on the road. The response of the professional team was very good and fast. The refund for the parts I sent back came instantly; so, I am very impressed.
