I have received back the same defective helmet, which I returned back on my own cost. Four weeks from the riding season I couldn't ride.

I purchased two battery chargers from this company. I checked all over the internet and couldn’t find any as reasonable as this company. Fast delivery right on time would have no problem ordering again from this company. Thank you all.

Horrible communication, this was ordered over a week ago still no notification that it’s been dispatched or shipped.

Also, they quote one price and then take a second deduction for shipping rather than providing all the pricing up front. Buyer beware.

They have a great selection of gear at really good prices and their shipping was very fast from Germany to my door in only 10 days. Highly recommended!

2 orders same mistake.
I ordered a helmet (order 792784) and it came in wrong color.
Contacted them ,explained the problem and returned the helmet with no cost.
I did return it without the RETURN form included because I forgot to put it in the box so they refunded the helmet but not the shipment cost .

After 2 weeks between the i did the order and they refunded me, I made the second order (799661)
And it came in WRONG color AGAIN.
I contacted them and returned the helmet again but this time filled and sent back the return form.But even with 3 or 4 emails and the form filled asking for the correct item they refunded me the helmet.
So here I am buying it for the THIRD TIME (order 805834)
Hope the color will be the 1 I ordered .

The emails are taking 2 or 3 days to respond and it seems they are not too eager to resolve the problem .
The customer service is slow and doesn't solve much.
Also I will get the shipment cost back with PayPal bacause i don't have to pay because YOU sent the wrong item.

Uptade on my third order :
Same result , the helmet is in wrong color . No help from the support .
