We're different to other sellers of protective wear. We're not interested in the run-of-the-mill, and we don't set out to do cheap. We sell only the best gear: the most technical, the most protective, the most stylish, and the most comfortable. We're never swayed by what the manufacturers tell us sells best; we're motivated only by finding what's new, what's different, and what works. Our typical customer has probably grown out of sports bikes, and today rides something sit-up: a naked bike, a cruiser, a sports-tourer, an adventure bike, a retro-styled machine, or perhaps even a genuine classic. He is older than the average biker. He likes to make a statement, both in what he rides, and in what he wears. We are also, we’d like to think, a notch or two above your average dealer when it comes to ladies’ wear. And that may have something to do with the fact that we are owned and run by a woman: Sara Linney. We’ve put together a terrific collection for female riders and pillions. Take a look at the site, or come and visit our amazing shop in Guildford. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I ordered the wrong colour jacket but phoned the next day and they were able to send the correct colour instead. Very happy customer.
Excellent products
Excellent products, price and delivery.
Top quality service, what’s not to like!
Good kit, good advice, good service.
Excellent, no-nonsense service as ever. Bought a Shoei J.O2 and it arrived promptly. Shopping online can be a bit hit or miss sometimes, but I'm confident that if something doesn't fit, I can return it easily. So that's a BIG plus.
Additionally, the prices are always competitive, so I'm a happy bunny!

Disappointed in the customer service
I’ve bought gear from Motolegends a few times now and not had any issues.
Around 3 months ago I decided to purchase a pair of Rukka themog + gloves, for winter use on Blood bike rides.
Rukka gloves are advertised as having a two year guarantee.
I wore them for a few days out on dry cold days and all was good.
On cold v wet day, I noticed water ingress on dual carriageway at speed.
This gradually got worse during the day, the gloves were absolutely saturated by the end of the day.
I reported this to Motolegends, I was asked to test them again, before returning them.
“Fair enough “
So a month later again on shift, I was on the M4 in heavy rain.
I noticed rain entering the fingers of the left glove.
This got worse during the drive, the glove was soaked.
I could feel the water entering at the finger tips.
I again reported this to Motolegends and was asked to return them.
A week later I was contacted by a representative, I was told the gloves didn’t leak and that I was probably not wearing them correctly!
I’ve been wearing motorcycle gloves since I was 16, I’m now 62!
I bought the gloves to use with a Rukka Nivala suit with double cuffs.
(The gloves were well tucked into the sleeves, sleeves were well velcroed up and zip closed, no water entered the sleeve area, it came in through the finger tips)
Motolegends returned the gloves and advised to send them to Gore-Tex if I wanted them tested.
So Motolegends after spending hundreds of pound with you over the years, I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
Potential buyers need to be aware that Motolegends are fine until you have a problem.
Then the Chap in the hat, loves to write what he obviously thinks are hilariously funny responses, rather than customer service.
As you can see from his reply below.
What a way to deal with customers, that have bought faulty goods.
So use this company if you think things will never go wrong.
Because if they do there’s no warranty from them.
Just sarcastic reply’s
Update
I sent the gloves back to Goretex and not surprisingly they were found to be defective.
Gortex refunded the moneys and my postage.
So thanks Goretex.
I’ll now take my money to sports bike shop, who have an Excellent customer service.

Reply from Motolegends
Worth trying on first.
Rode up to Motolegends as I wanted to buy some Rokker jeans and really I needed to try them on as jeans can be a weird fit on me.
When I arrived the shop was busy so I was offered a coffee in a nice little waiting area. Nice touch that.
Anyway not long and I was in. I was promptly served by Chris who listened to what I wanted and was straight on the case. I tried the jeans on, found the perfect fit and the important bit was Chris set the knee armour to the correct position.
Overall very impressed with garment knowledge and the swift but personal service I received.
I visited the store this week
I visited the store this week. I wanted a light weight suite. I dealt with a man named Rob. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products, sizes what would fit/not fit me. He was patient and gave me all sorts to try on. I went out very happy with my new purchase. Well done.
Another successful visit to…
Another successful visit to Motolegends. This time for some Level 2 armour for Rokker Jeans, a heated jacket, a back protector and a Held waterproof jacket. All expertly fitted with the help of the Motolegends team. Being of a 'certain age' I was skeptical about the heated jacket, not really believing the hype around it. The heated jacket is for my wife, but while there I tried one on. Oh my goodness...! I was shocked. I'm now a convert to heated jackets... If you ride in colder weather GET ONE.
As ever very helpful and informed.

Proper pros
These guys not only stock such a wide range but they know their stuff. I’ve bought both in store and online. This time was an online purchase. Quick, efficient and delivered exactly when they said. Very professional and that’s a rarity very often
Marakesh Jacket and pants
Called for advice on sizing and layering, got very professional and friendly advice. They also have a great returns policy.
knowledgeable assistance…
I valued The knowledgeable assistance of the salesman which gave me confidence in the items I chose to buy and also aid my decision not to buy another item at least at this point in time
KLIM Zephyr
I bought a KLIM Zephyr wind shirt from the great people at Motolegends recently. Can't understand why I didn't buy one a long time ago!
Excellent customer service and choice of products
Excellent customer service and very good advice to ensure I bought the Rocker jeans with the best possible fit.
Their on-line explanations of all sorts of products are extremely helpful and provide a lot of detailed information to help select the right product for you.
Always first class
Another very enjoyable, albeit expensive, visit but I did go on a Friday afternoon with the intention of giving my credit card a workout. After a short wait in the waiting room I was greeted by the team like an old friend and was served by Sara. My purpose, was to purchase a leather jacket. Being a tall person, 6’ 2”, there was only one real contender, and the first (and only) jacket that Sara brought out was the Belstaff Turner. It fitted like a glove and with the addition of a back protector, I was very happy indeed. Not a cheap jacket, but an investment and money well spent. The whole Team at Motolegends go out of their way to ensure they deliver first class service, even when it’s busy. There may be other motorcycle clothing retailers nearer to where I live, but I always come here for my gear, as you will get served and not left to wander around aisles of overcrowded racks of clothing.
Got myself a nice pair
Needed a new pair of gloves, researched on the website and saw one of the recent emails so knew roughly what I wanted. Straight in, quick chat, tried on a couple of pairs and got a really nice pair! Excellent advice and service as usual.
Great service
Been a while since I had been to Motolegends but having decided it was time for a new lid I thought I would pop in and utilise their expertise.
I was pointed in the direction of Joe to assist and explained that I was leaning towards a new Arai but was also keen to try the Shoei. Joe was super helpful allowing me to try the Arai and checking the fit before also measuring and then putting me in the Shoei. After some deliberation I decided the Arai was my preference and Joe then customised the cheek and skull pads and fitted my comm's so I could ride home in it!
Superb service and extremely pleased with the new Arai Quantic which is a great fit and feels even better than my previous RX-7V.
I purchased two items recently from…
I purchased two items recently from Motolegends. The first was the Held Hydro rain jacket and pants. I followed Christopher’s advice and sized down. They fitted perfectly. They are very stretchy and the trousers are very high wasted, which is what I was looking for. The second order was for Daytona Road Star Pro GTX wide fit boots. I had watched a video which Motolegends had explained the different types of boots and there advantages. They came quickly and fitted well. I have been pleased with how Motolegends make you feel like you have been to their shop. The videos explain everything about the product so that when you get the product there is no surprises. I would recommend them for motorcycle gear.

Richa nomad gloves
Recently purchased a pair of richa nomad gloves. As always, delivery was very quick and the gloves are excellent quality.
