First time visit to MotoLegends and it won't be the last.
Chris' online videos had convinced me that MotoLegends was THE place to go for quality kit and expert advice.
Charles was fantastic in helping me select a mesh jacket, new jeans, boots and I couldn't resist a pair of lovely Parkes gloves.
Meanwhile my girlfriend was being helped by Sara to select her return to biking gear.
We spent a lot but it was worth it. We've got the best quality and best looking kit for our needs. Prices are in line with other shops where you wouldn't get even close to the same level of the service.
Oh and the shop layout is fabulous. Could have spent hours more there!!!
In short - if you want the best advice, service, choice and value - go here 😀

Knowledgeable and helpful staff who only want you to have the right stuff - no pressure whatsoever - and yet I generally come out poorer than planned.

Visited the Motolegends shop on a hot Friday afternoon, I was a bit worried as we arrived later than I thought we would at about 4:30 pm ( drove down after work from Oxfordshire) so wasn’t sure if we would have enough time or whether the staff would be impressed with us turning up so late in the day in a Friday!
Well I couldn’t have been more wrong… we were welcomed in and treated so well! I have spent months trying to find ‘the perfect’ trousers with which to embark on a round the world trip… I have tried so many pairs and wasted a lot of money in the process… trying to find decent fitting kit for my size as a woman is the impossible dream, as annoyingly, I appear to fall between sizes and everything is either just too small or just too big.
The staff at Motolegends were well… legends. Lots of excellent, pertinent questions and within 30 minutes I was fitted with a pair of comfortable, lightweight, well-fitting (with a belt) Klim Marrakesh trousers, in the perfect colour to match my jacket. I could not have been happier! Plus, I also asked for advice about my gloves and again got solid answers lots of advice … and a new pair of gloves!
Really stellar service … you have got it absolutely right in your shop… fantastic, friendly, happy staff who seem to genuinely enjoy working for you and who want to give the best shopping experience. Awesome!! I am a complete fan !!

Staff were lovely. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Just been out on my bike with my new gear. So comfortable. Marrakesh jacket, pants, wind shirt, Lindstrands dry sweater and tcx dartwood wp boots.
The Anderson belt a bit short for me. Though they do have longer I already have a belt anyway so they are kindly sending me a label to return.

Had another helmet fitting with Joe as my second helmet was too big, once again he saved me from having to buy a new one, superb service.

As always, when you have been granted entry, you are met with smiling, helpful, knowledgeable people. I ended up buying something I did not know existed! That was fun. Re entry.... because the level of customer service is high, I understand why the door is locked when the shop is busy. When the shop is empty, though, it would be nice to be able to walk in. Waiting outside for the door to be unlocked, then finding the shop empty, feels awkward.

Wow what great customer service. Not only are the people fantastic, the shop and range of stock is the best I have encountered. If you want great advice and and the best shopping experience then I can confidently endorse 'Motolegends' and all their staff to be the best available.

I have been dealing with motolegends for years now, even went down to their shop in Guilford to buy a helmet. Always had great service from the staff and i have found them very easy to deal with. They are my go to motorbike clothing people.

After buying a retro bike I decided I wanted a retro helmet. As I am a Shoei man, I decided on the Glamster. Noticing that most of the mainstream online retailers had the off white version discounted by £80. I decided to try Motolegends 10% price beat. I sent the price beat email at 10:00pm, and got a response from Jane at Motolegends before 9:00am the following morning accepting the price beat, I also thought I would be cheeky, and request an appointment for a Shoei PFS for my new helmet. Motolegends offer the PFS free if you buy your Shoei from them. I thought that due to the substantial discount offered on the helmet, they wouldn't be keen to offer the free fitting. How wrong was I? I was advised to make an appointment which I duly did.
I had my PFS fitting today, and collected my new Glamster helmet (which had the cheekpads changed out and additional padding pieces added to make a perfect fit as part of the PFS at no cost). The experience was absolutely brilliant. I was given one to one service (sorry I can't recall the young chaps name, but I think it was Joe?) who explained everything and answered my silly questions :). Whilst I was there I decided to buy some gloves, and once again Tom, and another member of staff took the time and went through a number of different gloves with me until I found some that I liked, and fitted. Nothing seemed like too much trouble.
All in all, I was left truly gobsmacked at the service and care that Motolegends gives to their customers. In this world of buying stuff online (and yes I am very guilty of this too) it would be a real shame if places like the Motolegends shop was to close. I had forgotten what a personalised service actually was until my visit today. All in all, a thoroughly great experience. The only issue I see is that I am already thinking what other bike gear I (don't!) need, as reason to go back there!

Genuinely brilliant company. Polite helpful staff who know the products. No problem to order two sizes if you’re not sure and returns are easy.
Easy to find what you need but if you’re not sure just ring.
I have made many purchases and nevertheless been disappointed by their service. Everything arrives quickly too!

Excellent service as always. I wanted some Warm and Safe heated base layers and basically ordered a wrong size for me and the wrong controller for my wife’s kit.
Needless to say Motolegends sorted it all out swiftly and without fuss. I buy all my bike gear from Motolegends and have no reason to look elsewhere.

Bought a pair of Skiveez pants. Perfect service as always from Motolegends. Quick delivery and so what’s not to like. I messed up and as I’m in France had them delivered here not to where I live in UK. Had to pay the sodding import tax and charges and a second slice of VaT so turned out expensive but there you go apparently it’s on the website I just missed it. 👍🏻

I recently ordered the Spidi Vintage jacket in dark brown (size 42 UK) directly from their website after watching Chris’s YouTube review. Living in Vancouver, Canada, I was initially hesitant about buying from a UK retailer—especially around sizing, returns, and overall reliability. Their customer service representative, Megan, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions, which gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase.

Once the order was placed, the jacket arrived on time and was packaged securely with no damage. The leather had a great smell right out of the box, and the fit was perfect—like it was made for me. It looks incredibly classy, and I’ve already had several people ask where I bought it. The workmanship is excellent, and the interior lining is very well done. My only suggestion would be to add a secure closure for the inside pocket.

Overall, I’m very glad I decided to make this purchase.

Moto Legends is company I have used for many years.
Top quality brands at fair price.
The reason for writing this review is when recently I had a problem with a pair of boots that were only a few months old, which had some failed stitching.The customer service and warranty support was excellent and without endless calls or emails, just good customer service, the claim was sorted within 10 days.
This should act as a reminder that when purchasing, to use a well established supplier that understands good customer service.

I came to the shop to return some items. Rob, the manager was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. I had already purchased a Held jacket, which I am very pleased with. I also purchased jeans, boots & gloves. All high quality products. My returns were dealt with efficiently & a refund was quick, with no quibbles. All in all, very satisfied
