Motomummy is the first place I go to…

Motomummy is the first place I go to for purchases for my sportbike. Tires, gloves, crash kits, etc. Everything is shipped quickly and costumer service communication is executed well. Pricing is great, especially in a high cost market.

Terrible experience and even worse customer service

I ordered a pair of Dainese 4 stroke evo gloves that came with an obvious manufacturing defect. When I contacted them about it, I was told that even though it was not my fault, I would still have to pay a restocking fee AND I would have to pay for return shipping. That is outrageous and I have never experienced a policy like that from any retailer. On top of that, it took way to long to come to a resolution with their customer service team. All buyers should be cautious. Save yourselves the trouble and look elsewhere.

Ordered a chain and sprocket combo off…

Ordered a chain and sprocket combo off the website. They instantly emailed that the sprocket I wanted was out of stock and would be available in 7 days. They wanted me to know I could replace it for another brand if I wanted too. I choose to wait to get what I wanted. Love the communication.

Awesome

Awesome! I was ordering a couple of levers that were special colors, and they told me that they didn't match on the coating. Most companies would have sent them out and hopped they wouldn't notice. These guys went the extra mile to help me out.

If items are not in stock and weeks…

If items are not in stock and weeks away, they should state that and the item not be available for purchase, because it really isnt. Not let me buy it, take my money THEN tell me they dont even have it.

Excellent Business

I ordered an anodized red axle nut and was advised by day two after placing the order that the item was out of stock and would be 6 to 8 weeks. That's good business for letting me know. Had a different company who did nothing to let me know a part was out of stock. Took them over 2 months and I had to call them to find out the status of my order.
