See a horse, get a donkey.

The quality of the products sold by this company has gone down significantly, while the prices rise up to 25, and some times even 50% during the course of one year.
When you visit their website and search for a product, you will often see the picture of a quality one, say Bosch, Stabilo, and so on, and after , ordering you will get Triscan, NGK, or some other ill-fitting part. They hide this strategy by dividing their range in categories such as "Basic Quality" and "Original Quality". "Basic Quality" is what they mostly have in stock, the rest you have to order (better then to order them yourself from an actual stock provider). "Original Quality" is often at the level of Febi Bilstein or some other brand without factories in Europe, importing from China.
It is really deplorable that a company with such an infrastructure in Finland is slowly destroying the trust of their customers.

Car parts from hell.

They keep giving you the wrong part even the insist it is the right part and when you say it doesn't seem the right one the insist it is. but when you try it to fit the part to the car unfortunately it doesn't fit.because the part for a different car and damage something else. I bought Steering arm for mazda 5 after waiting a few days I received stearing arm for mazda 6 and when I said it is the wrong one I could see that he checked and he said oh yeah it is he said he will order a new one and take a few days again I waited 4 days again when I came to pick up the part they gave me the same one and I said doesn't seem the right one .he insisted it is the right one it fit Mazda 3 and Mazda 5 I said very strange but of course you know your part better according to your computer. I took the part and fitted it to my car which I wasn't convinced it's the right part.it has damaged my wheel because Mazda 6 stearing arm is down below opposite to the tire mazds 5 stearing arm is up opposite to the wheel I took it off I went back to them but no responsibility and they said it's my fault I should have checked it which I said I mentioned that but you insisted it's the right part . I had the same thing happened before no responsibility and it happened to customer who ask for a part price we ask motnet they provide us with a price we told the customer. Customer accept the offer but when we order the part I
suspected to pay the amount they said but after finishing the work we look at the recipe and the price three times the amount they mentioned the customer got angry and refused to pay which I understand if it was me I would be feeling the same. And when we complained and we show them the proof of the price was given they did not take responsibility either so we lost the fee for hand work. Some parts I have bought didn't last long. They have a very bad customer service and management especially in kouvola they keep making so many mistake and refuse to take responsibility it's a bad company to buy your part from even they say if you pay a little bit more you get a better quality part which I have done that but still didn't make any difference they don't last long. In a short period of time I had three issues with them. And I have noticed if you are a foreigner as the mechanic is they are very racist and they are very rude like they do not care to serve you or listen to you.

Constructive feedback.

Motonet just opened in my city in Sweden. Seems like a really good store with better inventory than Jula and Biltema.

BUT the webshop MUST improve. cant filter by price, cant see the manufacturer of car parts... Many other basic features are missing. Please look at other sites and make improvements. Combine the part information of Autodoc with the user friendliness of Trodo maybe?

EDIT: Had a second visit and it turns out that the staff actually has access to a lot more part information then whats available on the website. Why?
