Do not give them any money.

Do not give them any money. They are a SCAM. Like everyone here, my husband ordered a motorbike exhaust. The money was taken and we have received nothing since. It’s been weeks. They won’t respond to email or messenger on their Facebook page. It looks like we have lost over Au $1300.

Not a scam, very good deal!

On 20 December 25 I ordered a Termignoni exhaust. After the purchase I saw the Trustpilot score and was shocked to read the reviews. Some even calling the company a scam. I can 100% confirm this is not the case. On the second day of Christmas in Holland I reached out to ask when my order would arrive. They emailed me back the same day. In January I asked for an updated and Alessandro replied to me within 3 days. Today I received my Termignoni exhaust in prefect condition. And 400 euro's cheaper than other companies. So I am very satisfied.

I strongly do NOT recommend "motorbikeplanet" if you value your nerves and time.
PS.I am pretty sure we got refunded only because we used trustpilot.com for complaints as only times I got response was after posting reviews here.

No communication. No refund. Not reliable. Refund not transferred.
On 2.12.2025 my wife paid for my order on motorbikeplanet.com.
On 19.12. it was cancelled by seller and marked as refunded.
I am still waiting for money to be returned.
Hope seller had lovely holidays cause we didn't.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING...

Hello im sad to have to write this review, because it really looked like a legit company, so i ordered an exhaust for my suzuki gsx750f and all was well, but now it has been months.
I have tried to contact them via all their socials several times, facebook/instagram/email and tried to call them but all of it with no luck.
DO NOT TRY TO BUY ANYTHING.

They talk so much about on their website how transparent they are and how much they will do what they can, but as far as i can tell no real People have had that experience. :(

Total failure to communicate whether in…

Total failure to communicate whether in English or Italian. So numerous emails were never replied to. When my order was delivered I had to pay tax on the delivery because they failed to fill out the relevant import forms. Since they refused to reply to any of my queries I was for ed to pay or lose a greater amount of money. My only advise to anyone thinking of using them is to stay well away.

Jolly moto exhaust

Just to let everyone know, this company is a total waste of time to deal with, ordered a exhaust on 8th April, website did say this exhaust was in stock, i did actually receive a email to say it was actually going to be 6-8 weeks, to which I accepted, I have now been trying to get a update for the last 3 weeks, with no reply, so here I am 14 weeks on, with no exhaust and no replies, now im going to get this sorted with my bank, it's not worth the hassle with this company, go elsewhere

Buyers Beware!

I didn't want to write this review but here I'am wasting my time.

I ordered an exhaust system April 9th. I paid 849 euros for it. I received the transaction comfirmation. They said there was a 4-5 weeks turnover for shipping (no problemo)
Until this day, I'm still waiting, crickets...
But that's not the worst part. I did try to reach out to them through facebook, Instagram, send several emails and guess what? NOTHING. Not even an answer. Why being on social platform if you guys don't use it.
So I decided to call them. On june 6th the first lady was rude and barely spoke english (no offense I'm french but they don't speak french and I don't speak Italian sadly). I asked to talk to someone else but she refused to transfer me and hung up on me.
I was very surprised so I called them back right away and requested to speak with Alessandro Pattacini (the founder), the same lady transferred me to a colleague. She was nice enough to listen to me. I gave her my transaction number and magically, couldn't find my order (that's not bueno).
She took my email and said they were going to take care of everything but I'am not naive. I asked a commitment date and she comfirmed i would receive a response the same day.
Guess what?
We are June 19th and still didn't get aything from them.
At this point my patience is wearing thin.
Their presence on social medias and their customer service is garbage. I wonder how these people can still be in business especially after reading all the negative reviews.
So to all the people who were hoping to order something from them, DON'T. You better off throwing your hard earn money directly in the trash.
Now my hope is to get a full refund ASAP, otherwise I will have no other choice than taking legal actions against this crooked company.

I ordered a full RG500 exhaust system… a REAL DISASTER!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a full RG500 exhaust system from Jolly.
Apart from a RUINED SILENCER, SPRING TOO SHORT, I took days to adapt it .......
For sure Motorbike Planet is not the producer but, after calling, writing an email, they have never answered.
There is no worse offender than the one who hides.
One of the WORST experience I never had

ATTENTIONE

My husband ordered on third of april and he hasnt got the package til now.

He wrote emails on 22.04., 29.04., 05.05. and nobody answer. He called three times to asked where is the order.
We arent amused about the behavior to handle it because the order is over 413,-€.

Keep your distance

Ordered exhaust system 1/7 and waited 10 weeks. Sent emails but got no reply. Wrote a review on Trustpilot and then they responded. Says they are waiting for the factory (Marving) and told me to delete the review. Did this and waited further. Sent new emails with no response. Contacted the factory itself (Marving) who replied quickly that they could deliver immediately. Now I'm trying to cancel the purchase.

I ordered db killer on July 7th and the…

I ordered db killer on July 7th and the package has not been sent yet, when I contacted them they told me that db killer will arrive on Monday July 31st and will send the package right after, a week after this message nothing has been sent and they do not respond to my emails and it's already August 20th.
