This company has the worse customer…

This company has the worse customer service I have ever experienced! I bought a product from them 6 months ago for 120,000kr, and now I need help with spare parts, no help is offered. They said I need to order them myself from the manufacturer. Even though when I went to buy the product from the manufacturer originally, they said I must go through the retailer in Sweden. Which I did through motorbiten. Now I am left in the dark. Absolutely outrageous!!

Bought spare parts for my atv

Bought spare parts for my atv. 10 different products. Nothing was i stock (I did not expect it to be) within 24h they contacted me with delivery dates for all the parts. Super happy with there communication about the whole order. I really recommend them
