Since 2002, MotorcycleCloseouts, L.L.C. has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item. Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models. Closeout items are available for return or exchange, just like current models. We keep our prices down by buying in bulk and keeping our overhead low, while offering high-quality products and providing exceptional customer service. I would like to share my shopping…

I would like to share my shopping experience at motorcyclecloseout.com. I wanted to purchase a bicycle I did a significant amount of research but when I finally decided which bike and brand to get but I could not find one (this is because COVID-19, offer and demand, supplies, manpower, etc) nowhere…close, far, online or out state. I was about to give up when I found motorcyclecloseout.com site, they really made my day and here is why:
- Stephanie from customer service (I called them several times) was very helpful, professional and
addressed all my logistic and buying concerns quickly showing me they care.

- Their website is well put together, easy to navigate, easy to understand with very competitive pricing (for what I was looking I crossed check prices from all over).

- I was lucky enough to have Jeremy assisting me with my purchase; he made it easy for me to get the right bike, he knows his stuff, no BS not pushy no rush no games and honest to the point guidance on what I would really need knowing that this was my very first bike.

I drove from out of state to do the transaction (due to manufacturer contract stipulations) and I am very glad I did. The store was big, well distributed, well lighted and things easy to access with plenty of parking, the store and site logo I would say has room to be improve (color, size and design). I will recommend this merchant without hesitation or remorse, good people, good prices, excellent down to earth customer service and sales assistance that made the entire experience one of a kind.

Better get your item right at first

Horrible customer service. Bought a helmet that didn't fit and had to pay $30 to ship back. Instead of refund they lured me into getting store credit so I wouldn't lose more money. Then I bought another helmet which came with the visor broken out of the box. Customer service took almost a week to respond and wanted to send me parts so I could fix the helmet myself. Ridiculous. And shipping was very slow.

Still evaluating helmet.

Still evaluating helmet.. my size measured half way between xs and s.
I got xs thinking it will stretch out a little over time. have been working with it to see if it will work...i have 30 days.. good company to deal with so far

I wish the return policy had been…

I wish the return policy had been thoroughly explained PRIOR to ordering. Having returned an item I found out that I must redeem for the SAME item. Why would I want to do this if the item didn't fit and no larger size was offered? A person should be able to use a credit for any other item, instead of losing the money if they can't or don't want the same item.
