Motorcycle Live 2024 was a fantastic…

Motorcycle Live 2024 was a fantastic experience! Last year, I found the event dull and considered not attending again, but after reading the new organizers' vow to enhance the show, I decided to give it another shot. They truly delivered on their promise! The event featured exciting live performances from renowned commentators like Jamie Witham and Niel McKenzie, a live rock band, improved seating, and nearly every bike manufacturer showcased impressive displays. The value for the experience was truly worth it.

Had a great day at Motorcycle Live…

Had a great day at Motorcycle Live 2024! Went last year and thought it boring, so wasnt going to go again, but I read a statement by the new organisers actually agreeing with me, and promised to do better...and they have! Live events with top commentators, (jamie Witham, Niel Mckenzie, etc.) live rock band, better seating areas, pretty much every bike manufacturer with huge stands. Actually great value for what was there.

`RIPPED OFF` Once again l and a mate made the long…

Once again l and a mate made the long trip from York to the NEC to 2023 Motorcycle live.
Wow WHAT A MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT.
Over the past few years the event has gone a little downhill, which l put down to the lockdown and covid.
However with lots of new models announced for 2024 l made the trip really expecting a good show for 2023.
The first thing that hit me was the cost of parking the car £17.95 way way up on previous years which were well expensive anyway. But really how Greedy are they getting at the NEC. This is absolutley disgusting and a total Rip off. How on earth can they justify this price !!!!!!!
The second thing was the cost of getting into the show £31.00 amazingly expensive considering that now as a older person who would be elegable for a Senior Citizen concession found that they no longer offer these. Once again very very Greedy.
The third thing which was very anoying was the fact that the powers that be had decided that you could not use the national currency of CASH but had to use card payments across the entire board, when purchasing food/drinks. Incredibley small minded and an afront to someone who wants to pay with cash and is basically railroaded into having to pay by other means.
But the iceing on the extortionate cake was the fact that most of the major manufacturers stands, who were actually there. Were sorely lacking in their products on display. I could only put this down to the thought that the NEC were charging them a extortionate rate to be there. The long and short of it was that you would have been better off going around the major manufacturers dealer shops, as you would have seen a more extensive range of their bikes in so doing. And this would have cost you nothing !!!!! It gets better l have got to give a shout out to the chap running a stand selling chairs and sofas near the Suzuki stand. I certainly never expected to see such a stand at a Motercycle Show ????? I can only think that probably due to not being able to fill the floor space due to the costs, the NEC rang round to other types of retailers to get some space filled.
Everyone l have spoken to l know who attended the event this year have said the same as me `NEVER EVER AGAIN`
I am truly disgusted with Motorcycle Live 2023 at the Rip You Off NEC.

Poor

Poor. Gets worse every year. Very few stalls this year . Ridiculous entry prices and extortionate parking prices. This event needs boycotting.

Boycott this event, stop being forced to give personal data for tickets.

So tired of these stupid events only selling tickets via a third party who seem to want to capture all your personal data before letting you buy, or pay extra at the door, so my friends and I are not going this year, it never uses to be like this until your personal data became valuable, I even rung the event direct and the guy was rude to the point he said I don't want to see you there because I dare complain about this, if that's their policy toward prospective customers p??? off. rubbish, boycott this pathetic behaviour and hurt their pockets, it's the only way to stop it.
