After emailing customer services with a question for a product, the chap said he couldn't guarantee that the parts would fit my bike, but not to worry we have a 30 day return for a full refund. I took the chance and ordered the parts, these arrived within a couple of days. Typical of my luck the parts didn't fit, so I re-packed them as they had arrived and emailed to check on the return address. I was told to follow the return instructions on their website, which I did, they even paid the return shipping. A few days later, got an email saying they had been received and a full refund will be with me in a few days. I now have had my refund.
In my eyes, customer service like this goes a hell of a way, and deserves praise. Therefore I highly recommend this company. Great work MPW!

Never again.
Initially I purchased the wrong screen. My mistake.
However, I then purchased the correct screen, which did not even nearly fit on my bike. When I returned this I was charged a restocking fee when the part was not fit for purpose.
Disgusting.

I will purchase from you again.
All was ok. Although one observation, equally my fault l didn't notice that the pump didn't come with the seals. Perhaps a flag suggesting seals maybe required. I was lucky my old ones we ok..phew!!!
