Reliabiable and Efficient Servicing Department
Due to faulty information given at the supplying car dealership, I have been a thorn in the side of the service department. At all times they have persevered in resolving an intermittent fault, with good humour. I have bought all of my previous 12 cars from 12 different dealers, the 13th will be from Motors Coalville, as the department have never let me down in the 7 years that they have repaired my cars.

Hi. Great service today from the service department sorting out my c max what a difference between garages I wouldnt look at any other ford garage in the area .they know how to treat a customer . I have already bought a car of these guys and one of another ford garage in area in last year and when I come to change both cars will be coming from motor coalville not from other crowd that dont know how to treat a customer. Top Mark's again during these difficult times

Great Service, Great Dealer......Great Bloke!
Bought an almost new Puma from Motors Coalville Ltd, Ford Dealership.
Despite all these strange times we are living through, with Covid-19, and orchestrating the deal remotely from 60miles away, the process was hassle free and pleasant.....a dream.
Covid-19 precautions taken seriously too, very professional - yet still with the "Human-Touch".
This was in no small measure down to Shane Buxton who was polite, understanding, fair knowledgsble and, above all, a genuinely nice guy - a pleasure to deal with Motors Coalville Ltd and especially Shane.
If you are in the market for a car (particularly a Ford I guess) I would definitely recommend these guys.....and maybe ask for Shane too (top guy)
