Bought my VW polo from seeker UK, the car was exactly as described and in amazing condition, better than I expected! Great guys and phenomenal service! Would highly recommend :)

We worked with Simon Wainwright and he was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. He answered our questions whether we contacted him via phone, email or in person. Great service! Purchased a Ford Ranger from these guys and nothing was too much trouble. They sorted out all the customising that I wanted as well as the finance side of the purchase with no issues. The truck was cleaned and presented immaculately on collection. Five star experience ⭐️

Bought a ranger for 20k 3 days ago.
Body work and repair absolutely shocking
Parking camera intermittently working
Parking sensors intermittently working
Blue smoke
Steering wheel wobble
Crack in windscreen
Crunch noise when come off acceleration over 2000 revs
Lots of wind noise and whistling from roof rack anything over 45mph
Yet this is all deemed satisfactory condition by seeker uk.
All I want is a simple refund as I don’t think this is satisfactory quality. But this is a definite no.
However I was offered to sell it back to seeker at a £4000 loss.

I have just picked up my new Nissan Navara I’m so pleased with this vehicle its better than I expected,
Devon was a great guy to deal with I was kept informed through out the whole process I would totally recommend this company

First of all I love my new BEAST.
I have to say the gent I dealt with was very accommodating in this current climate. I was kept fully up to date with my build and phone calls were always taken.
The Ranger was in Immaculate condition fully Vialated in and out. I can’t recommend a Motorseeker highly enough!

Had the pleasure of meeting some of these guys last year at osberton show there customer service was excellent really enjoyed looking around the trucks ,there horse boxes are stunning a lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into them , just wish I could drive .

Visited motorseeker as we were looking to upgrade our pickup for my husband. Extremely Impressed with the service provided from the whole seeker team from start to finish. Definitely recommend. Once again a massive thank you to all at motorseeker for making it so simple . Cam & Tracey

We have had numerous vehicles over the years, All have been excellent,If there has been a glitch it has been corrected efficiently x at no cost to ourselves.I am very Pleased to say I am delighted with this Establishment, Its a big thumbs up from us, 👍😁

Just took delivery of my new seeker Raptor and it’s absolutely flawless. I’m totally in love with the truck. It’s looks and drives amazing! I would recommend anyone who wants a one of a kind truck definitely use these guys , you won’t be disappointed!

Do not use this company or waste your money.
This has been a total headache and when it comes to dealing with Simon asking a simple question not only is he rude and very unhelpful his customer service skills are shocking. Its fine when you come to purchase or enquire to start and its downhill from then on. After the conversation with him and how he dealt with us we wish we never used this company. Try another company!!

We recently brought two Nissan Navara From Motor seeker Uk, whole of the process of buying them the communication should off been better as I was constantly chasing delivery and just kept getting told different dates. However I assumed this was a general delay with the trucks. Now 4 months down the line after phoning to chase for log books and tax. We was told by a member of staff the vehicles should have tax for a year and they would get back to us on the log books, to make sure they was all sent of and completed their end.

Today I received a phone call from Simon the 'sales Manager, whom first response was I tried to contact you're colleague but she cancelled my call?? Assumption from him. Not a good way to start the conversation for then him to become very aggressive towards me, speaking over me and intimidating me as I am a women it seems( yes this still happens in 2020).

All over asking about a log book and tax on two vehicles. He then put the phone down on me, then to proceed to contact me through email all afternnon continuously trying to intimidate me and act in an arrogant and disrespectful manner with absolutely no customer service skills at all.

I urge anyone spend your money else wear as they are very happy to take you're money but any-problems you have with the vehicles or after sales there is nothing!!

The trucks came with touch up parts on it with different paint which looks like they have been done with a pen both 20 plate vehicles.

we are missing black arches over petrol caps and add blue caps on one of them also front/back bars are not glossed finished like was stated has been put on one of the trucks but not the other, even though we asked for them to be identical.

Do not waste you're time or good earned money buy-in these trucks there is plenty of other companies out there to use.

We have just purchased a Seeker Raptor and couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Devon provided excellent customer service and kept us up to date
at each step of the build, Nothing was to much trouble and delivered exactly what he said he would, When he said he would!

Last year in February (2019), I was searching for a new Ssangyong Musso and I was looking online for cars and saw one of their blacked out "Stealth" Mussos and I loved the look of it. March comes around and I go up to Sheffield all the way from London to go and talk to the men in charge over at their dealer to place say how I wanted to order a new Stealth Musso. Guys over at the dealer seem friendly and nice and like they want to do a proper job. I was mistaken...

The order goes forward and they begin the works, saying that within a few weeks that it will be done and ready for collection. Time passes and I keep on visiting them every two weekends in order to check how the works on the car are progressing. Turns out not a lot was done in the mean time, progress on the car was very slow. Also, not to say that I asked them to also put on some optional bits of kit, which they kept on forgetting and when I came over to Sheffield and asked where the extra options are, they said that we never talked about the extras! Complete lack of communication between the guys at the dealer and at the workshop and between the salesman and myself.

So, obviously, this delayed the collection date of the car. Upon collection, some bits looked unfinished for example the cable for the LED light of the canopy was dangling around the bed and not secured. This was the same as with my side bars. They were secured with only 2 screws per bar and they were also secured with ADHESIVE! It definitely was feeling loose and not strong enough to hold a man who puts his foot and weight on it. It looked very unprofessional. In addition, the insides of the door handles were scratched slightly along with the insides of the mirror housing, keep in mind that this is a brand new car, ordered from the factory.

Overall, Duncan (my salesman and person in charge at Motorseeker), was friendly at all times to me however he wasn't very concentrated on his work and kept on forgetting what I told him to put on the car and other discussions that we had. As a result, the car was finished in JULY! It took over 3 months to complete the car and for it to be ready despite Duncan saying that it will take a few weeks!

Also, I was overcharged for their services. They made me pay some pieces of kit that were included in their "Stealth conversion" and they also made me pay other pieces of kit that weren't even on the car!

In conclusion, not impressed at all with the whole process of receiving my new expensive car! Definitely too many headaches and troubles on the course of the process.

Would not recommend. I won't purchase from them again.

Just recieved my second raptor from these guys, absolutely love it. A pleasure to deal with Simon again, the process from start to finish was smooth, vehicle exactly as ordered. Highly recommend!

ordered a brand new car a Musso took 28days to come,when it came it had 98miles on the clock and was filthy under bonnet and the boot . Footprints in the boot where somebody had stood to fit a roller shutter door. tyres dirty these had been painted black . This vehicle was supposed to be valeted. Would not recommened this company to anyone.

We bought a used Transit Custom from Seekers. Simon was really helpful and the vehicle was as described and drives really well. It had passed the MoT but following the pdi Seekers replaced the front discs & pads as they weren't happy with the old ones. Can't fault them, would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Absolutely amazing to deal with, my first ever brand new vehicle so I was practically on the phone every day to Simon!! The Seeker team knocked it out the park, and delivered strait to my office!!! Over the moon would 100% use again.

Great service from start to finish in this difficult lock-down Simon still produced the goods, two ford Raptors, Look fantastic, Would recommend.
