Used for two MOT tests where I've had great customer service and prompt communication.

Used Motorserv for a MOT test recently and it was the usual professional service that I am used to.
The face to face contact using the office window for COVID precautions worked well.

Oil change and MOT all carried out to a high standard and so much cheaper than the Audi garage.

Absolutely perfect service from start to finish. Picked the car up early AM and kept us informed throughout the day of all progress. Sent a video via text showing every detail of the MOT and pointed out any recommendations. Then a checklist of advisories we could accept or refuse. Slightly on the expensive side so able to decline things that seemed overpriced however that's not to say other garages would be hugely cheaper. Overall the cost for service, mot and oil change was excellent and I was thrilled. The car came back the next day beautifully clean. I will definitely be coming here again for next year's MOT and service.

From start to finish my experience buying a car was made simple. Mo assisted me and nothing was too much bother my car was even delivered from Birmingham to London. The car was as exactly as described and I am over the moon with it. I would like to thank Mo for the service I was given.

I used Motorserve for my MOT for the third time as they offer an excellent price and are not far from where I live. I found (despite Covid19 precautions) that they were easy to contact and discuss locally outside the temporary serving window, with a very good booking system for work and excellent feedbak by phone and text for pick up or questions about work required. I was also inpresed by their after-job interest in what I thought about them. All in all, I see them as a very efficient and cost concious organisation which wants good customer relations. I would like to single out Alex and the MOT mechanic who inspected my car re its fail and subsequent speedy retest after I fitted new Number Plates, for great customer service - I shall use them again!
