Very poor experience with this company.
Bought a used crafter van from them at christmas.
The deal was meant to include a full service, a full valet and delivery.
Van was delivered and I was generally happy with the conditon.
However, the Valet was what can only be described as a "wipe around with a damp cloth" and despite chasing for over 3 months now they are refusing to send me a receipt for the service for my records so i am doubting that has been done either.
I have chased for the V5 as this still hasn't landed and was told to order one myself (at a cost of £25).
I would approach with serious caution especially if like me you are buying from a distance based on trust.

Absolutely awful experience trying to buy a car from these cowboys…. 3 days of speaking to them and promises of return calls but no calls or messages to us know when the car would be available.
Set up a viewing which would have taken 2 hrs drive and only found out the car was sold when we phoned to confirm the viewing.
They lied about the car not being on site, they lied and said they sent messages.
Please read other reviews and avoid at all cost.

Bought a car in June and sold them my old car. All paperwork was done and they told me they had untaxed my car and I was no longer the registered keeper of the car (first time buying through a dealer so I was somewhat naive) In the last month I have received four separate fines for traffic violations from someone using my old car. They ignore emails I can't get through on the phone number and they show absolutely no care towards customers. The initial sale was fine but any form of aftercare and their lack of interest in the stress they are causing me through their lack of knowledge of road law is disgusting!!

Avoid at all costs sold me a car with 2 damage tyres and driver side seat belt that doesn't fasten

I got my car last month. Put my deposit down and they gave it a full service, before delivering it days later at no extra cost to myself. Very happy and I see myself purchasing here in future too.

Bought a car from Mortor shop 2 weeks ago. Service is extremely poor. They charged me admin fee and gave a green slip for the car. I couldn't tax the car since it is not the correct green slip. Waste of admin fee I paid.
Car sold with 1 year MOT with 1 adversary for rear tyres. One the same day I purchased the car gave me so many error messages and knocking sounds. All read light didn't work and even police stopped me at M25. I phoned the shop the next day and advised to check the bulbs change the pollen filter.
As per the condition of the car I took the car to a local mechanic and said the MOT given to this car is not correct. Brake pads all worn, making noise form bearing, Bolt joint and suspension knocking, Getting warning sigh for emission, All rear lights not working, Tyres not in the legal limit and so many issues. it is strange how the car passed MOT without any adversary.Car purchased by checking information in the MOT and now it is clear that the information in the MOT is not correct. Not recommend at all.

Awful, awful, awful!!!
Worst customer service I have ever received! Took payment from me for a car, promising a valet and service & fix fault plus delivery the next day. 3 days later and i had to chase to have it delivered. Vile customer service could hear them swearing at each other as i answered the phone, patronising and condescending when spoken too. I will never ever recommend this company and I will advise anyone I know looking for a car to give these guys a wide berth! Fault light came on while test driving - was reassured that this wasn't a big deal and they could easily fix. They knowingly sold me a car which has engine faults DIDN'T fix they kept on about customer service and would not let me drive a faulty car knowing i have young children. But they have, they have left the fault, not changed the oil filter as promised and the car is still full of mold. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!
