Rusty sill tube kit
Ordered sill tube kit. Arrived rusty inside and outside of tubes. No damage to packaging so clearly sent in that condition. Emailed twice and no response. Would not recommend at all.

Great selection in the webshop, BUT!!
Great selection in the webshop, BUT when shipping goes wrong they are not very helpful. My package got damage during shipping and I contacted Motorsport Tools and sent them pictures etc. Received that they could not guarantee that this was not damaged until they sent the package so they offered me 5% off. When I buy a product for £ 200 and I pay a shipping charge of £ 100 I expect the shipping company to take good care of my goods. I tried to contact FedEx myself, but due to the fact that the seller had bought the freight, claims had to come through them.

Avoid, zero customer service.
Goods ordered on eBay, failed to respond to initial delivery queries, turns out goods delivered to another address and signed for by someone else. Goods untraceable, no refund given. eBay sided with them as they had been signed for. Completely dishonest company that only cares that they've taken your money. Numerous more reliable companies to use instead of this one.

Goods were delivered to his neighbor by mistake, tried our best to resolve with courtiers but were unable to locate lost goods, several emails were exchanged with customer to help him. He then opened an ebay case but was closed in our favour.
As a gesture of goodwill we have now refunded the customer in full.
